    Avoid if you can. After 15 months or so this device is prone to breaking down. Water punp faulure with normal use? Not worth it

    I bought this as a Christmas present for my mother. I was very excited about it and have been thinking about it for the past year. It arrived today just in the coffee maker box, no cardboard box around it. My mom got home before me and saw her Christmas gift sitting outside. Wouldn't you package your products in a box to ship it to your customers? To protect it from damage during transportation and from people seeing your products on your porch and stealing them? Very disappointed.
