Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the K-Duo 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single Serve K-Cup Brewer for its convenience, versatility, and space-saving design. They appreciate the ease of use, the ability to brew both regular coffee and single-serve K-Cups, and the compact size that doesn't take up too much counter space. However, some customers have concerns about the small water reservoir, durability issues, occasional leaks, and instances of the machine stopping unexpectedly.

Love this duo coffee pot! I have a hybrid work schedule where I’m up earlier couple days a week than rest of week so being able to make a pot or single cup is really convenient!

Wry easy to use. At first I thought it was going to be complicated first thing in the morning, with all the buttons, but it’s intuitive and easy. I like having a separate reservoir for water on the back, it’s much neater to fill that’s pouring in water from the carafe.

This coffee maker is great after you read the directions to learn how to use it. My husband had trouble with it at first because he doesn’t like to read directions. I love being able to get a single serve mug of coffee or hot water (for tea, hot cocoa or cider) that’s just the right size..,, I love this coffee maker!

I’m a big coffee drinker and this is great because sometimes I want more than just one cup and don’t have to use multiple pods but can brew a pot. The individual side does turn off automatically pretty quickly which is annoying but I just need to read how to change that.

Thanks for reviewing your K-Duo! To turn on the warming plate, press and hold the Carafe button for three seconds. The warming plate will stay on for another two hours. We hope this helps! KeurigCare

So, I was looking for a coffee pot that would allow me to do single cups or a full carafe when the opportunity required, and I found the Keurig K Duo here. I’ve had Keurig machines before and was a bit hesitant because the ones I’ve had in the past seemed to go bad on me after a year or so. This one has held up pretty well so far. If you like the K Cup options out there then it’s nice to have the ability to brew the single cups. However, if you host or just like to have the regular brew coffee that you buy from the grocery store, than this is a good choice for you. It has a pretty large water tank so you don’t have to change it every time you brew. You also can set an automatic timer for the carafe if you like to have your coffee waiting for you in the morning. I really have no complaints on this machine. It does exactly what it says it does and it is affordable.

I gave it a 4 start because of the fact that its kind-of sensitive when the time isn't set on it. We had the power go out and had to do a hard reset... but that was once or twice. The fact that I can make a single cup for me or have a large pot for friends\family is great. Not too big of a footprint but I'd say well worth it.

After many years and many cups of coffee, our Keurig coffee maker gave up. While looking for new ones, we came across the Keurig K-Duo. This was perfect for our needs. We still could make our single cups, and make a pot if we had guests and they wouldn’t have to wait for the individual ones.

I love this combo! Now that I work from home, I can make a whole pot of coffee. And if I want an extra cup, I can have that, too. It is very easy to use - did not need to read the instructions to figure it out. Itlooks good on my countertop.

This coffee maker is the best of two worlds. I like the fact that if you get up and need a cup of coffee to go as you are getting ready for work, make a single pod. You are on the weekend and you have your entire family getting up to have breakfast, you make an entire pot. Great coffee maker.

Always satisfied with keurig products. When the wife dropped a full water reservoir ans cracked it we decided to upgrade. While we traditionally use a single k pod through the week, having the option to have an actual pot of coffee ready in minutes is a game changer.

This coffee maker brews a decent cup of coffee, and I love the single serve feature. It also has a reservoir so one doesn’t have to fill it with the exact amount of water for the amount of coffee one is brewing. It does not have a 1-4 cup feature, and and a 6 oz single serving is the smallest it will brew, so I either use a lot of k-cups or brew just a bit too much coffee (it’s just me in the house). But setting up the delayed brew ( I set up the coffee machine the night before) has me scratching my head! It would be perfect if I brewed the same amount of coffee every day, but I don’t so I’m never sure if I have the right amount of grounds for the amount of coffee the machine wants to brew, if it does at all! It shouldn’t be rocket science.

Great machine; one visual issue re: heating elemen

We love the Keurig K-Duo 12-cup Coffee Make and K-Cup Brewer. It works very well and we like the convenience of being able to make one cup of our own home-roasted coffee with an insert to the K-Cup Brewer too! We absolutely love that, unlike our previous coffee maker, the carafe doesn't drip all over the counter! While it would be great if the "strong" option worked with the coffee pot too, we are coping. My only complaint is that, after a little over a month of use, the black coating on the heating element is peeling off. It doesn't impact function; it is just unsightly. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? Is this a quality control issue you can correct in the future?
