Just what we were looking for - Our old Keurig was giving up the ghost after several years, and I was wanting to go back to just making a pot of coffee, while my wife has gotten hooked on a certain flavor in the pods. This filled all the boxes for us, since I wanted the removeable water reservoir for the convenience of it. Nice that you can reposition the reservior to different sides to meet your needs. Definitely recommend, especially at the price I paid for it on sale!

This has been a great coffee maker. We use both the K-Cup and the 12-cup modes. It is easy to refill and makes great coffee. The only thing that sometimes gets in the way is that if you are using the K-Cup option and the coffee filter drawer isn't pushed all the way in, it won't brew.So I need to tap the front to make sure it is all the way in first.

My old Keurig - K-Duo Plus 12-Cup Coffee Maker and Single-Serve K-Cup Brewer broke down, I bought a new one but returned it because I thought the low coffee volume and a large amount of water left in the tank was a defect. But taking the second one, I found that it was not a defect. I did a little research. 1. a. The description of the coffee machine about 12 cups is inaccurate. The maximum volume of the tank/pot is not 12, but 9 cups (1 cup = 237 ml). b. When using k-cups, I get 9 cups of coffee, but not 12. What is causing this mismatch? 2. When preparing ground coffee, only 7 cups are obtained. That is, two cups of water remain in the water tank. The "strong" option is disabled. Why does the description say 12 cups when in reality there are only 7 (ground coffee option)? My first exactly the same coffee machine (2 years old) made 8 cups of ground coffee, and only one cup of water remained in the tank. What is the reason for this change? To be honest, I'm disappointed with this change.

My wife likes to have espresso in the morning while I like Donut Shop. She has always had her own espresso machine. When I bought it I wasn’t sure if it would make good espresso. I bought some Cafe Bustello pods. Much to my surprise my wife said it’s every bit as good as the espresso she made with her stand alone machine but with far less prep work and clean up. The old machine is now in storage.

It is a space saver with a dual function. Brews quickly. I just wish it has a coffee bean grinder.

I love all Keurig products! But this is the best one I’ve ever owned. It’s compact, and I love the fact that you can move the water dispenser. I also LOVE that I can make a regular pot of coffee as well and not just the keurig pods. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. Wether you just want a single cup of coffee or make a pot for a group this is the item for you. The stainless steel coffee pot keeps the coffee warm for hours. Go BUY THIS NOW!

Works great and allows flexibility to make a carafe of coffee over the pods. Very pleased

We love this machine but recently it is recently only giving about half the volume of what is selected. Called Keurig and very helpful. They said do NOT use filtered water, bottled/spring water or tap water. Weird, but we are going to see if that fixes it after some water only cleansing runs.
