    I love everything about this coffee maker except the coffee isn't hot enough and the carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot. I was looking for a maker that didn't destroy my cabinetry with steam. This worked like a charm for that purpose. If they could make it just a little better, I would buy it.

    Coffee Maker didn't last a year!!! Registered on Keurig website for warranty and now, they're saying the receipt is not proof of purchase because it's wasn't sent in a proper format!!! Sent in a PDF as best buy format!! ......smh

    Gets Cold Quickly

    We rarely use the 12 cup carafe but when we do, it doesn't stay hot very long at all. There is no heat plate under it so it gets cold pretty quickly. The K-Cup function is great but we have found that some pods for some reason leak coffee all over the counter. I think it's a problem with the pods though. It's only one flavor of one brand and they don't all do it. We have learned that with that one brand/flavor you can put the pod in close the lid to puncture it then rotate it a bit and puncture it again, repeat a few times and it's fine. Again, this is only one flavor from one brand, every other pod we have used is fine.

    Terrible. Keeps breaking.

    This is honestly terrible. I've had it for less than a year and it keeps breaking. It randomly will not brew a k-cup. I've kept the system clean, I don't use it excessively (two cups a day) and it keeps breaking. Don't buy it.

    This is not a good coffee maker no temp control and the coffee is not as hot as I would like it’s hard to figure out to set the auto turn on feature you can’t use aftermarket pods and you have to disassemble the part and install the keurig pod to brew your own coffee keurig has another model that might work better

    for less than a year's time, the cup measurements are very off. It's also started leaking coffee outside of the basket while using the pods. Just get a simple coffee press, it will taste better too.

    Blows circuit breakers in every plug I try. Will not buy another kurig as I see this is a well documented problem after I did some research on this problem.

    would not make more than small 8 oz cup

    i tried this keurig for 2 days ... it wouldn't make more than an 8 oz cup of coffee and it had grounds in the coffee.. i took my original out of retirement. don't waste your money!

    I have to unplug it and plug it back in each time for it to work. I got this as a Christmas gift and January isn't even over but its "not returnable"

    This item left a taste of metal in my mouth and you had to remove the cafe to get the single cup. So that wasn’t a good use for me.
