Could be better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't like the fact that it's default is 2 sided copy, very annoying to have to change that, and it would be nice to have the screen backlit so I don't have to turn on a light to see it. It's similar to my old printer, so I'm familiar with most of the settings.

Has 2 paper feeds and they do not communicate with each other it is a complete nightmare called customer service they won't even talk to you, actually hung up on me. this thing is a joke I'll never buy another Canon product again.

DON'T BUY THIS AWFUL PRINTER

Menu buttons are impossible to work in a logical manner. Once you are in a menu (like SHRINK copy) you have to push OK an indeterminant number of times to get OUT of the menu, instead of just being able to push OK. Then, half the time the setting didn't take, so you are having to do it 3 or 4 times in front of a CLIENT. Garbage. I want my old pixma ALSO, can't reset my wifi password on it either. BAD PROGRAMMING - i suggest you find a new programmer for this machine.
