This HP Chromebook has proven to be the perfect size for the classroom, not too big or small for the desktop. My child reports that it performs beyond her expectations, loves the functionality and cosmetic look to it.

Be sure you are aware of Chromebook limitations before purchasing. This items performs well but is limited to using web based applications, which often aren't as good as the desktop software versions. Works great for basic email, web browsing, watching videos etc.

Bought this for my wife to use, since we were selling our desktop. She loves it! I was a little skeptical of a chrome book but she says it’s for what she needs and has great battery life and startup speed. Everything is stored on Google Drive so that is a plus.

I purchased this computer for my 10th grader. The price was reasonable and I feel it was worth the investment. Set up was easy and I am excited that my daughter has her own computer for school.

I bought this on sale so for the price this is an excellent little Chromebook. I find it more than fast enough for my needs. I don't do gaming on it so can't speak to that. Its got a good size screen so easy for my old eyes to see things.

The set-up was extremely easy and speed is great. I switched from a Samsung laptop (which froze and was not worth paying more than the machine was worth) to the HP. The screen is larger and clearer, the speaker is better, and the speed is great.

Overall much much better than my laptop- lighter, faster, easier to take on the go. From the time i open the lid it's ready to go in SECONDS not minutes! Very happy i purchased it.

This laptop does the job. But, the mouse throws me off. I got this laptop for my husband who is returning to get his degree. I am a total MacBook fan and that is all I live by. Trying to use this computer threw me off several times because the mouse is opposite of the MacBook. I got it for a really good deal, it is stylish and works well. Battery lasts long and I do think my husband is very happy.

I had the Acer Chromebook and the screen shattered so I ended up havin to get this one as the closest comparison at the time and it works great. Love it and does what I need it to do. Very easy and doesn't take up a lot of space.

Some of the apps like netflix take a long time to load. I didn't realize ay first, but it has a usbc charger and no hdmi output. Pretty lightweight and good for homework and browsing.

Bought two for my grandchildren who were just beginning to use similar ones at school. With the closing of schools, they turned out to be the perfect purchase: easy to use; great price; good screen size for young children!

First one, touchpad issue but entire laptop replaced this was a few months of use. We'll see how new one works after time. Easy, adaptable no complaints. Always get warranty.

This laptop is used by my daughter who is 9 and uses this same chromebook in school. Easy to use and high functioning for the price. I cant use cricut so I had to buy my own laptop lol

bought for my son when Covid restrictions shut down his high school. It serves the intended purpose of allowing him to quickly/easily complete required school work. Set up took 2 minutes. Spent $200. Great value IMHO

My kid hated this but he’s a kid and didn’t really understand it even after repeated attempts to explain how it works and what it could do. He wanted to play games on it like his phone but it’s not the same as his phone so there’s that. I woulda used it had I not already had a laptop. It’s a great machine really. My only complaint was the 4gb of RAM wasn’t enough. Had I kept it I may have attempted to add more if it was possible.

Needed a laptop for my kid to use for class. Due to it being the Linux chromebook operating system there isn't as much stuff for kids to get in to like a PC/Mac. It is incredibly easy to limit what they can see so all of the approved aps are across the bottom. They are easily able to navigate around the computer without help(6 year old) I've noticed a little weird Bluetooth connectivity issues here and there, but not a deal breaker. It CAN get a little overloaded if you start leaving tabs and apps open, but day to day use shouldn't be pushing it like that

Lightweight, long battery life, and so far just perfect for what we needed. I would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable Laptop.

It was my first time trying a Chromebook. I’ve always worked with microsoft and relied on their programs a lot. Using those apps in the Chromebook really didn't work form. I tried the google apps too and they seemed great but just their function really didn't work for me. I returned the item back but I am sure that to any Chromebook user this item would be a nice machine. This Chromebook was not the problem at all I just wasn't feeling it. Setup was easy, online browsing was great. I just really needed something dedicated for spreadsheets, docs etc and this wasn't for me. Maybe I needed to give it more time? I just didn't have it.

This chromebook is perfect for online school. It works great for zooms and for google meets. It is light and easy to set up and use. It works great with my online printer.
