I’ve had my chrome book for a month now and I love it. I love the camera and the speed and it is very easy to use. Have all the latest updates.

I've had this Chromebook almost a year. Still working fantastic. Battery lasts a long time, easy to navigate through all files. Really happy with this purchase.

Nice laptop for a student. It has preloaded apps. Super easy and quick start up. Nice size screen and light weight, which is great for on the go. It fits easily into a book bag or backpack.

Very easy to startup. Logged onto my network without a hitch. Totally easy to use, my wife loves it's hers.Email, Facebook, Zoom, no problems. Worth the reasonable price. Thanks, Dell, Best buy.

Decent little laptop for my Dad. The only bad thing for him is the small lettering of the keys. Other than that, great fast laptop that should last him many years.

My son likes it and finds it easy to navigate around. It's very light weight, compared to other brands. I would recommend for beginners, it's a great start!

Great for classwork for my highschooler. Long battery life, lasts all day at school. userfriendly, easy to use, ready to go right out of the box.

It is a decent notebook. Very light and convenient computer. Can do majority of things. Battery lasts pretty long. I love the usb\c charger. You can plug it in from either sides and charge the notebook. We noticed that it would drop connections a lot so not sure what the issue was with that. Kids had trouble with their online classes so we had to use regular pc\mac due to dropped connection. Also, the google os is not able to open certain tasks or programs we noticed. But everything else for computer under $200 is very good.

My computer is running smoothly it took quite a bit of time to set up, and the color display could be better. But other than that it is really good and for an okay price.

I bought this for my child for remote learning. So far so good! Not to heavy or big for him to use. Just the right size. It's sleek in design and it's inexpensive! Great purchase!

I get that Chromebooks are 'special' and "different," and that's fine, but when you've been using computers for some years - whether that's 5 or 35 - some things become expected. Like folders, drag and drop, programs/apps, etc. I love working online - I've been using the Google suite of products for ages - but the Chromebook isn't just working online - it's just not really working for me at all. Yes, I learned how to use the Files app, but dragging and dropping - even copy/paste - doesn't work like it does on my Mac OR PC... Neither do most other functions. One time I open a Google Sheet and it opens in Chrome... try to edit - nope; 10 more steps with weird keys to do it. Next time I open it, it opens in the Sheets app - but still takes a bunch of steps to edit - and these steps are different from opening in Chrome! The speed is nice - things are pretty fast, both startup and normal working speed, but everything I've tried to do (which has always been easy and intuitive on my Mac) has taken multiple steps and learning how to do something that should be simple, but usually turns out to be complicated. If you need a super cheap computer and only do things in/on Google, this could be great. Except that's really what I do... and it was NOT great for me. I'm sticking with my Mac - it's four times the price, but about 40 times easier to use - and does everything the Chromebook does, just faster, easier, etc.

Talk about fast, convenient, easy to use. This is the best one out there ! In this age of remote learning, zoom meetings, this is the laptop you and your child need and want !

My daughter just started college and wanted a decent laptop. She picked this one right here and it has been totally perfect. Battery life is better than any of my Apple products and it's so easy to use!

The HP Chromebook has allowed me to continue working on line while my significant other works from home on the desktop. I'm not doing anything memory intensive so I haven't had any problem with the speed of this machine. In my spare time I've even been watching movies on it. If I need the extra storage I can add removable storage via any of the USB ports and it connects easily to my network printer. All in all the HP 14" Chromebook works beautifully for my needs at a price point that doesn't break the bank. My biggest problem has been learning to type again without contacting the touchpad and sending the cursor to some place other than where I need it to be.

With the presumption that a month from now I’ll still feel the same way, after a few days, easy set up, good quality screen, mouse pad sensitive, good speed.

This is laid out the same as my older Chromebook. It is light weight and very easy to use. I like the split screen feature. We have been traveling so will do more with it once we get back home.

I love this chromebook. The battery lasts all day. I needed a computer that would download all of the Google apps. It is very fast. I find myself using this more than my Mac.

The only gripe I have is the touch pad sensitivity. Don't breath on it! You will end up selecting "something" or EVERYTHING! Other than that I can browse type and move freely. I like the decent battery life. Not bad for a month out of the box and I am a newbie to netbooks, chromebooks and the like. No caps key? No worries I can stay connected to my family. I bought a mouse to alleviate the pad issue. Easy peasy!

Been doing everything i like about a chromebook quite well. Hope it lasts longer than the acers i had in the past!

With school now at home we needed some upgrades. Can not beat the price on this. Faster and cleaner than the ones provided by the school.
