REALLY enjoying my new Ninja. For some reason I switch coffee/espresso makers often and my recent maker’s were a Chemex (still have) , Oxo 8 and prior a Moccomaster. Although they make great coffee there will daily nuances w/each coffee maker. However, I really have no complaints w/the Ninja. It “blooms” the coffee w/pause and the coffee is smooth and tasteful. I plan on keeping it long-term, It’s hard to find a negative. Positive: 1) wide mouth carafe easy to get hand in for cleaning, 2) pours super smooth without dripping or leaving coffee in pot, 3) easy to clean , 4) removable water supply 5) coffee is plenty hot and stays warm, 5) Flavor is great w/ground beans. 6) Can’t beat the price. I don’t like the condensation in the empty water container so I leave the lid off for a while till it cools down. I even used the delay brew which I haven’t done for years and it worked perfectly. Another reviewer said it’s like an electric Chemex and I thought, yea, that’s true. 4-cup ability is nice but when I need a single cup only (rare), I use my Aeropress or simple Nespresso. Believe it or not, It’s on par w/my old moccamaster (used 5 years) regarding taste but the moccamaster would last forever…time will tell about the Ninja. If it does fail after a few years, I have to remember it really wasn’t that expensive compared to other top quality coffee makers. After many years of having a coffee pot with an internal carafe that dispensed coffee when you pushed your cup against it, we returned to the glass carafe style when the other quit working. I love the removable water reservoir with removable lid. It has easy to grab indented handles, sits solidly in sink while filling, and if you put the lid on before moving it, you won't slosh water at all! You can also remove lid from reservoir while it's on the coffee maker and fill it that way. I am able to remove reservoir and access access basket without pulling out from under cupboard. Takes cone type filters which are better than round basket style; it really pulls the flavor out of the grounds and into the pot! Setting it up to brew automatically every morning took a little work. Unlike a lot of makers, you can turn this one on and even turn the warning plate back on without it going through an empty brew cycle. Turn on power, then you can brew immediately, set to brew later, or turn hot plate back on. It's quiet and has a small beep when brew cycle is done. I love that the carafe lid comes completely off with a twist instead of the hinge type. Coffee pours directly and perfectly into cup every time. No dribbling. We noticed an immediate deeper, richer flavor when we switched to this coffee maker. Keeps coffee warm up to 4 hours at a time. Brews coffee down into bottom of carafe to distribute flavor and heat. Looks great. I haven't tried the cleaning option yet. Super pleased with the Ninja coffee maker!

I have purchased this a little over a year and it still works like new, I use it twice a day everyday. I use only spring or purified water and clean it often. Makes great coffee I highly recommend it

My Bonavita that I had for 2 years seemed to be getting worse. The coffee came out not as hot (it never reached 180, even when it was new). So I searched for months for a new coffee maker that is not too expensive. This Ninja coffee maker has everything I want. Programmable, large reservoir, warming plate, good looking. It makes very good coffee. However, the temperature only went up to 174 F. Compared to all other coffee makers that I had over the years, this one is the best so far.

I love the design! Everything comes apart easily to be cleaned, and comes together easily after! The filter design is perfect to avoid accidental loose grounds from getting in your drip. The timer function works flawlessly! Also, THIS THING IS QUIET! For a coffeemaker..... this doesn’t start making sounds until you’re almost done with your brew.

Love this coffee maker!! What a upgrade from any of the other makers I have ever had, you can feel the quality as soon as you grab the carafe, and incredible speed to brew. Extremely happy and would recommend this to any serious coffee lover!! P. S. Also love the stay warm feature, keeps my coffee ☕ perfectly warm for over four hours!!

Well, I’ve had this Ninja coffee maker since July and I just used it this morning for the first time because I’m still using the Cuisinart coffee maker that I bought from Best Buy last year I think. So far it seems to be a great one!!! It’s very well built and it has a lot of cool features that I’ve never had with all the previous coffee makers I’ve bought. Thank you Best Buy for all of the wonderful products that I have bought from your store!!! go ahead and try this Ninja coffee maker, I’m sure you won’t regret it. Thanks again, Michelle from Texas

We go through coffee pots like crazy! So far this one is a keeper! My favorite feature is the stay warm button! We have always had problems with our pots leaking when pouring a cup of coffee and this one doesn't leak at all! No more cleaning up coffee on my countertop every morning. Timer is super easy and i love the detachable water reservoir! In my opinion this is a great coffee maker with a great price :)

I love this coffee maker it has all the settings and it comes with a scooper for the coffee and it cloud in the side and you can program it’s it ready in the morning.

Great coffee maker. Easy to use. Love the detachable water tank. Comes with gold foil basket to eliminate paper filters. Timer set to brew before I wake up. Can brew a small batch with better results. Worth the extra money and should last awhile. Feel really solid

Best purchase ever. Have so many expensive coffee machine, but this one is perfect. The water reservoir is a plus, you can clean everything so easy. Coffee comes hot and with a rich flavor. I will recommend this one to all my friend.

The ninja coffee maker brings you back to the old days when there were no paper filters. they use the basic drip technology to make a good flavorable pot of coffee. However with the electronics on board with this particular machine. It gives you a choice to have classic or a stronger brew or even for that fact a couple of cups and the flavor is consistent each and every time. this is well worth the price and great for a Large or small family...

An easy to set up easy to use dependable machine with a solid design. Worth every penny and better than every other coffee machine I’ve bought.

We’re very happy with the quality and sturdiness of this coffee maker. I really like lock down cap on the glass carafe. When you’re half asleep one less issue to deal with. The display is bright and a light sound is mad when the coffee is ready. The timer works well. We do clean and hand dry each of the five different parts after each use but this is due to aqua water and trying to keep the water spots off of the maker. I haven’t tried resolving this issue, it might be in the manual, I would like the time period of the coffee staying warm to be longer without having to engage the “stay warm” button. Not a big deal.

It's great and affordable for all my coffee needs and I don't have to buy paper filters since it comes with a permanent one already.It keeps it my coffee warm when I'm busy doing something else. You can choose between 2 modes Rich or Classic me I personally like the rich mode because I feel like it makes the coffee better and keeps it hotter. Everything about this coffee maker is excellent including how the steam comes out of it.

This coffee brewer is literally perfect! Quickly brews, and easy to fill with water, quiet, love the nice smooth way the carafe pours into cups. We like the mid brew pause because we can never wait. It has every feature you could need and looks beautiful on our counter.
