Good coffee maker but for some reason it does not show the time correctly. I have tried to reset it to the correct time many times and it goes out of sync.

Decent maker, would recommend for average coffee drinker.

I had a Cuisinart before this one. Coffee is a bit more bitter coming from this coffee maker. I recommend getting full-bodied coffee and grinding it fine. Makes it taste better coming from this coffee maker

It worked great the 1st few months then it stopped. Hard to clean water container.

Bought this to replace a Percolator , Didn't Care for the plastic metallic taste that this coffee pot put out , After about 10 pots we took it back , Return was easy ! Bought another Percolator

Had a crack in the water resivour, so had to return it. Unfortunately, there was no others in stock, so had to go with another model.

Was great at first when we finally started using it i have probably used this 20 times now and i no longer can get it to brew anything

The clock display is already malfunctioning just over a year of being purchased. There’s a leak when I pour my coffee. I have to pimple at a bad angle just so that only drops leak. I’m a fan of Ninja products. I’d skip buying this model.

I bought this to replace my old ninja coffee maker thinking it would function similarly but it does not.

only thing I dont like is it brews all water you put in without an Option of cup size on brewer... so if uou want 8 cups you pour to 8 cup line

This coffee maker has a very attractive design that feels very sturdy and refined. The water tank is easy to fill either by pouring water into it or removing the tank and filling it from the tap. The coffee filter inside the Ninja brewer has a "Gold-tone permanent filter" which works well but you are able to still add a traditional paper filter if one might prefer. The permanent filter works well but on occasion allows granules through. This maker is great for brewing 4 or less cups, which is done by pushing the 4-cup button. I usually only make about 4 cups so this mode is frequently used. Adjustments for strength can be made on the maker which features two modes but also by the amount of coffee added. The built in bright white clock allows you to program a start brew time so your morning coffee is waiting. Automatically turns off if you forget or leave it warming for 2-hours. This unit is fairly tall so accessing the filter and water tank may not be able to be done from under cabinets so the unit needs to be pulled out first or set on open counter top. Other than this it has been a great and simple coffee maker!

I was looking for a coffee pot with a water reservoir. This coffee pot has one, However, it must be filled with EACH use. You fill the reservoir with the amount of coffee you plan to make. If you fill with more water than you need, it still uses all the water. So you cant fill it with 12 cups and plan to make three small 4 cup pots before refilling. Not at all what I wanted, and not explained well on the box.

This is our second one and we have had to throw both of them away due to green algae growing in the water reservoir in an area you cannot clean. This one lasted 9 months

Broke within half a year. Bottom seal began leaking, simple design flaw, bad outcome.

I love the features however while the hot plate is on the machine makes a loud clicking noise every few minutes.

Issue with reservoir tank... “warranty” is Ninja charges $20 to ship us a whole new unit... 30% cost of unit itself

the coffee maker is ok, but there must better ones out there, I was in a hurry when I bought this one. It is odd and a little hard to get used to

I love not having to worry about filters. I like the spoon and the separate water tank rocks!

Product was broken inside the packaging. Returning after curbside pickup was a hassle. For some reason I had to stand around the store for a while until the system would allow the return. What was suppose to be a quick pick up ended up taking over 2 hours between having to return to the store and then waiting for the return to be processed.

Worked fine for 18 months then suddenly decide to quit working. First it. Wouldn’t power off. Luckily I was home and noticed. When I plugged it in the following day the only functioning keys were for the clock. Would not recommend buying this. My last coffee brewer was a cuisinart that lasted 10 years.
