broke on 31st day. too late to exchange. fought with shark and they sent the part that broke. seems to work ok now. started off great though.

Good vacuum. My only complaint is the width of the brushes. Seems narrow when compared with the vacuum I am replacing. Not a big deal, you just have to make an extra "pass" when vacuuming the hallway.

Amazing vacuum! Works wonders in picking up pet hair on carpet. The hard surface suction is also great. I recommend getting this on discount, probably around Black friday.

Great vacuum, I got more excited for my new vacuum then new game. All the great feature allowed me to clean my apartment better. I enjoy the deep clean feature for carpets.

Best vacuum I have ever owned. Very versatile and capable. Wish it was cordless but it is keeping our home clean on a daily basis. For the price point, it is better than any competitor.

I just love it! Have two toddlers and this Shark really helps us keep our house clean. The only con, it's not agile. Frankly, I don't mind that.

after many failed purchases with other vacuum brands which, I was ecstatic when I purchased this one, it has made a world of difference and it works amazingly.

I am very happy with this purchase. This vacuum took the pet hair off our area rugs which was something my previous "pet hair" vacuum couldn't do! The suction power is very impressive!

Great product for the price, very nice design, works great with hair and pet fur on carpets or hardwood/tile floors. The light on the front helps a ton with seeing missed spots.

Really struggled on whether to go with this or a Dyson for almost double the cost. Glad I went with this. Does it’s job well and the self cleaning is great

The only positive about this vacuum is that it picks up fine dust on hardwood floors. It is very heavy and you cannot secure the pod from pivoting. I was fighting to keep it straight and after about 5 minutes my wrist was sore. I haven't tried any of the attachments because it is too difficult to control and will be returning it.

Overall the vacuum has worked about as expected. Hair still causes it to act up. We’ve had to clean out the tube because it can get clogged. I like how easily you can detach the canister.

I have two dogs and need a quality vacuum to help keep my place from being overridden with hair... this does the trick!

Good vacuum for getting around hard areas and furniture. Like that it assembled without having to use any tools. Changing the canister is effortless. Overall a good product.

I have a dog and this is the only vacuum cleaner I've had that I really like and can get pet hair without tangling up!
