Lightweight. Powerful. Long cord. Great product.

Love this vacuum. However my last one broke after a year and Best Buy had me purchase a new warranty and pay the difference in price because the item was now priced higher. I love Best Buy but should not have had to pay more money when it broke after a year.

Bought this because the ratings and reviews were very high. This is rated in the top 10 for pets. We have a fairly new competitors vacuum and it wouldn't even pick up our dog's hair. Bought this and immediately put it to work. What a great job it did! Picked up more than we could even see. Great purchase.

This item has exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend. We have cats and this vacuum does a wonderful job of picking up the litter fragments on hard surfaces without scattering them as other vacuums have done. If ypu have pets this would be a great addition to your cleaning tools.

Easy to reach those tight spaces. Performed better than I expected.

Great Vacuum. Has no issues with human hair which is why we bought it. This thing picked up more stiff even after we used our other vacuum. Had a rumba running in the house before also and This one shows you how much those miss.. can be a little heavy and does not self propel so can be a bit of a workout but well worth it.

I only have 1 complaint, but otherwise would give 5 stars. Vaccuum works great! Love the lift off canister feature & flexibility this product offers. The negative is that it comes with 3 hose attachments & only 2 spots for attachment storage on the vaccuum. A bit if an inconvenience when they are not readily accessible.

It has good suction. Only drawback is it is a little heavy.

Had a dyson that lasted forever. Didn’t want to pay that price to get another dyson. So decided to try Shark. Did my research, bought this one and absolutely love it. We have two dogs and a cat. It did take some getting use to, but once I did it was great. Great suction on carpet or tile or wood floors.

Great vacuum for the price. This is our second Shark vacuum and we have been very happy with both our one at work and this one at home. It is light and easy to use and the attachments work well.

I have 2 big boys (dogs) that love to be outside. Our yard is more sand rather than dirt, this cleans the carpet and floors very well. Between the sand dirt and fur the carpet is so much better once vacuumed! Thanks for the great machine Using several times a week

I had bought a Dyson but returned it because I couldn’t move it across a carpet - there was no suction or height adjustment. Turns out, this Shark is easy to move on carpet and hard floors, has good attachments, can detach the canister and it is much quieter. It’s a keeper.

Hands down the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase and with the curbside pick up process. I highly recommend both the product and using curbside pickup if you don't want to go inside to pick your order up.

Just arrived yesterday. My first Shark. Pros: • Powerful suction for vacuuming carpets. • The bright headlight let me see dirt I didn't know was there. • Nice swivel action. • Long cord. • Can empty the canister from the top or bottom. • Lift away feature is nice, but it is heavy. • Good reusable filtration system. • I like the brush cleaning roller. Cons: • Barely any suction for hardwood floors. It wouldn't even pick up a piece of yarn. And yes, I pressed the bottom for it. • The instructions didn't show where to stick the attachments, so the third one is sitting at the top of my closet, as there was no place for it on the vacuum. • There's no foot pedal for the vacuum release to lower the handle part so you can vacuum. You have to press your foot down on the vacuum head itself. • The attachment roller brush doesn't have a flexible or pivot head, so if it's not flush to the surface you're vacuuming, it doesn't suction well. • I'm 5'4" and the handle height is a little high for me. I don't think it's adjustable.

Very very good vacuum, especially since we have one furry shepherd mix dog. We vacuum 2X a week abig noticeable difference from a regular vacuum. Good suction for clean ups and easy to move and push around.Has LED lights in front whicknwork great on our dark hardwood floors

I bought this for my wife to replace the shark vacuum she had. This was certainly an upgrade from the previous one. Her only complaint concerns the weight of this model. It has just taken her some time to get used to using this heavier machine. She enjoys the features, especially the light.

I love this vacuum! Shark gets all the dog hair and doesn’t clog up. I had my last Shark fir 10 years and expect this one to last as long. I’ll never buy another brand, I’ve had several over the years and none come close to a Shark.

Love the dual head and all of the little things that it picks up. Picks up much better against the floor board. The moved the collection container up so that you are able to get under more stuff. Table, furniture. The stair and upholstery tool is a lot better as well.

Absolutely love this vacuum! Works great! So light! Cleans great! Have two dogs and woolen with allergies. This makes life easier by far! So glad we got thus for the home. Much easier to go up and down the stairs, and more. Excellent buy.
