I biy this little buddy i think the only proi have with this vacuum os the sensor os not working properly stays all the time in the same place but i will get a different one i hope it works best!!

It would not connect to the wifi. We tried both apple and andriod products, but would not connect. Had to return.

I wanted to love this soooo much. Didnt connect to the app so I returned and exchanged for the same one, the next one didnt even charge.

I am not able to find replacement parts (brushroll, and side brushes) to my model RV760. How can keep using my robot? I bought that in November/2019, totally disappointed even because I tried to download the Shark Clean app using google play and I am not able, because it says that is not available to my country and I live in US.

I ordered open box have done in past with appliances. Never been disappointed. This however was used ( dog hair ) and then returned! I opened box when I received it and was shocked someone would do that ! Nothing against Best Buy ! It wasn’t there fault ! They were very gracious when I returned it . What is wrong with people . Best Buy will always be my store of choice . They handled this return very professionally!!

It did not worked, we have a few months with it and is no longer working, the vacuum power was not really there, but now it has an error "stuck" and we constantly clean it and take good care, but not working. we were so excited to get this but is not worth it.

Device will not connect to wi-fi connections. Mediocre suction power. Will be returning this unit.

Device doesn’t connect and stopped working by itself

Had trouble connecting to WiFi, looked it up on YouTube for help, apparently a lot of people have trouble with the vacuum connecting onto the WiFi. Some people said after it would connect, it’ll just disconnect and they’ll have to go through the hassle of reconnecting it. Not worth the headache, I’m just going to return it!

Doesn't do a good job of cleaning the floors I still have to do the floors the old way.

Kept getting error message that the bumper was stuck and it would be on the charger

I recieved my ion and it appeared to be running great. After nearly a month I trying to turn it on. It had been on the charger. It clearly was not charging and never worked again. Unfortunately I had to return this item. It was an fantastic addition while it was working.

The suction sucks! It is great at picking up hair but not anything lying on the carpet. Super disappointed.

Bought this product 7/3 or 7/5 and 20 days later after the bestbuy returnable date passes it decides to start making load squeaking noises while cleaning. Only alternative I had was to call Sharks for support under warranty and be charged nearly $30 to have them ship me a new body.

I was so excited to finally get a automatic vacuum. I didn't set my expectations too high, but when it goes over the same piece of tiny paper 3 times and can't pick it up....... I'll just continue allotting time to vacuum each day with my Dyson :(

I have only been using this for 2 months. It's giving me the distress signal with the ! And clean button blinking red. I cleaned every area I could think of. It is an expensive machine to only work for a couple months
