The vacuum stopped charging three months after purchase returned to best buy..

Ran very fast in all directions ultimately missing places. Found emptying collection canister cumbersome. Dirt and dust goes everywhere if you're not very careful. It's boxed back up for return.

unplugged it after a month. gets stuck on every little thing and was not cleaning efficiently. pulled my old Roomba back out!

This is the second time I have returned this item. Suction motor error again, the machine runs for 3 feet and stops with the error. The vacuum is totally clear and there are no blockages.

Crap. Don’t buy. This is my second one and has broken within a month. Going to try and return it and won’t be getting a Replacement this time. Just my money back.

I like it but it’s too slow Idk I prefer other brand.

I have always wanted to try one of these robot vacuums, but I was never sure if it would work well in my house. We have a combination of hardwood floors, a LOT of throw rugs of varying sizes and thicknesses, furniture, ottomans, toys, tons of pet hair, etc. After hearing over and over again about how people LOVE their robot vacuums I decided why not. I will give it a shot. I have previously been very happy with Shark products so that's what I went with. How did it handle the obstacle course that was my house? Very well actually. Surprisingly well. It even fits under the couch! Setup of the Shark robot was very simple. Plug in the charging station, pop on a couple of spinning brushes (it comes with 4 extra brushes, and an extra filter), and do some light preparation of the house (pick up anything you don't want sucked up!). This is where I ran into the only problem with the vacuum. The instructions say to download the Shark Robot App off of the Play Store. This allows you to control the robot while you are away from home. Apparently the app was updated recently, and the update broke a few things. As of this writing I was unable to register for an account on both my phone, and my computer. Because of this I am deducting one star although I expect this to be ironed out sooner rather than later. I was still able to use the on board controls and the vacuum performed flawlessly! It had no problem maneuvering around all of the obstacles in my home. It also got into some of the harder to reach rooms in the house as well which I wasn't sure if it would be able to do. Overall the robot is very quiet considering it is vacuuming. Still easily able to hold a conversation, or watch tv. It did a great job too. Very thorough. When it was full it reported back to its charging station no problem. The tray was packed full of animal hair, leaves, and all sorts of other stuff. Very impressed! Now I just need to get it some googley eyes, and a costume mustache. Overall I am very happy I went ahead and got the Shark robotic vacuum. I hope they get the app updated and working properly soon, but it is still great even without it. If you are on the fence I suggest you give it a try. I think you will love it as much as I do!

Worse product ever! Does not clean well. It bumps into everything. It get stocked easily. Very disappointed with this purchase. I won’t recommend this product to anyone

This shark robot does not have powerful suction at all. I will be returning this product was not satisfied at all. Go get a IROBOT ROOMBA if anything they’re amazing!

by far the worst investment i have ever made. used less than 10 times and it always beeps for the max.... empty the tray and it still does same thing.. still better off with a broom.... will never purchase this crap again...

Pros: Easy to empty Fast charge Small charger foot print Avoids obstacles well Shark app Cons: Random cleaning path can take a long time Battery drains too fast on max power I would recommend this to anyone with toddlers or pets. I am so impressed with how much this thing picks up even after using a full size vacuum on the floor. This thing picks up hair, crumbs and anything else it can find. It easily turns and avoids obstacles it encounters. The battery takes little time to charge and when running a normal clean cycle lasts quite awhile. It does drain quicker than I'd like on max power however that's to he expected. It can take awhile to find the dock at times but eventually finds its way. My favorite thing about this little vacuum is the app integration. I can schedule cleanings for after we've gone to sleep and get alerted if the vacuum gets itself stuck and needs assistance.

Didnt come with a remote control barely picks up carpet and very bad damaged at top of unit but yet the advertising said good condition

Do not buy from best buy South Bay if you need help they not help you will do anything for not helping you

Always get a message something got stuck under but there is nothing there. I clean it every day. I regret buying this vacuum

After 8 months stops working...... really disappointed.... i didn't use it too much....

Doesn’t pick dirt up well at all and just bumps into the ball a bunch. Complete waste of money.

The charging port broke after 6 months. Best Buy won’t fix it and you have to call shark to get a replacement.

Its not working after only 3 months. It gives an error message.. Please get the warranty, now i have to buy a new one
