Best Robot Vacuum

I it's amazing You do have to make sure there are no cords, shoes etc on the floors but other than that it's a press and watch Sharkey do its thing!! I love it!! Also the manufacturers customer service is exceptional!

Too many errors
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got one also. Get cliff sensor message almost every cleaning and just bought 4 days ago. So I’m going to return for another brand. Also got an error using the wrong charger even though it’s the factory charger from the box. The app also doesn’t respond when I want to clean. I have to turn off WiFi and use cellular or turn the WiFi off and on again. I even reset WiFi. The cliff sensor message is so annoying.

Worked (?) while it lasted....(about 10 months)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The vacuum spot working after only 10-months of use on hardwood floors house of 2 working adults with no pets or babies in the house. All it had to do was clean up the dust and the suction motor got clogged and stoped working. Should be an easy fix right? Nope, no one is willing to even take a look at it. Shark's customer service is useless and rude. I managed to get a hold of a representative after hours of digging. Turned out all he wanted was to sell me a new one. 30-seconds into the conversation he suggests I should purchase a newer model from them while I am on the call.

App does not work; could not set up remote use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I helped my elderly parents setting this up after purchase and the app to use with it would not set up correctly with our emails on three different iPhones. So they could not use the vacuum using their phone as a remote with the app and would instead have to bend over and pick it up manually? I don't think so. What's the point if your app is not working properly? Very disappointed. I mean, I myself have a iRobot and had no problems with the app. This product will be returned and an iRobot Roomba will be purchased instead.

Doesn’t work for more than 8 weeks

I bought it brand new at Best Buy and lasted about 2 months before I get the suction motor error . There is 2 adults with hardwood floor no dogs no kids . We are super clean freaks and this is horrible . If you have pets and kids it will last you a week . I called shark they sent me a replacement in June , it is august and the same thing is happening .
