Switched to this because I dropped my previous chromebook. Got a deal during memorial weekend sale. Set up was quick & easy. Touchscreen is a plus, chrome is fast, battery lasts long, and the design is amazing. Zero problems so far. Not really using the whole 360 feature but Im more than satisfied with the purchase. Pink Chromebook cover i bought for this on Amazon fits perfectly, but wont flip all the way due to the cover. I dont mind. I would recommended this chromebook to anyone! THANK YOU BEST BUY & HP!

Bought this for my father who has health conditions and is very weak and farsighted. The setup was fairly easy and the screen size and touchscreen was very helpful for him. He was really Leary of it at first but after I left him alone with it for a week he was working it with no problem and even had it flipped around like a tablet which I had no idea it could do! When I used it to research some homes, I was very impressed with the ease of its touchscreen which isn’t too terribly sensitive (thankfully, he shakes a lot) and the clearness of the screen. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We purchased this for my third grader to use for Zoom and Google classroom work. I love that it’s a touchscreen. This little chrome book is perfect for young students to use. My child also streams her shows on it when she’s not doing her school work. It’s a really good sized screen. It’s much better and larger than the cheap chrome books that they use at school. This screen is comparable to my work laptop screen.

I just got it yesterday and this is my first Chromebook. So far i like it, it's a laptop and tablet the same time and to use i just plugged it in and it was ready to go. I would recommend it.

I needed to replace my HP convertible I'd purchased a few years ago. It was the perfect size to take everywhere with me during nursing school, so I actually didn't want to upgrade. I hopped online looking for another HP convertible & found this one, but almost backed out due to it being a Chromebook. If purposely stayed away from the whole Chromebook trend, but after making my purchase and getting used to a few things I LOVE IT! The size (although larger) is still within a good ranhe for me to take it everywhere, and with it being a chromebook I've gotten used to it syncing with the rest of my tech & having everything I need right where I need it.

It has a great and slim design, I love the mixed colors it makes it look more beautiful, the touch screen is very good size the whole thing is just easy to carry everywhere.

Having to handle class work assignments, projects and note taking this Chromebook has been very handy. I also have a guilty pleasure of listening to my music while doing my assignments without having to pay for anything. I have access to free music, games and a lot of space on my Chromebook. I really do enjoy having this and would even recommend.

We love it! Bought this for my big 4th grader for school. It is amazing! He can do his online learning with the touch screen. Perfect!

My Chromebook is the best laptop I ever had it is a 2-1 and the camera is a great pixel and clear. I have had no issues with it since I bought it in may of this year. It work perfect and fast.

I give it an excellent because it was delivered faster than I expected. I really won’t know what the laptop can do until my daughter starts using it. I don’t think we will be disappointed. My kids both preferred HP products.

This is the perfect laptop for a student. I love the versatility. Although, I had to purchase and exchange a few versions of the chrome book from Best Buy in order to find a compatible key board protecter, hardcover and skin that would fit I think it was well worth it. My kid loves it.

This is a great laptop. Easy to use an setup. Great features, you can like all of your Google accounts an devices to it. Get all your apps from the Play store. Touchscreen is amazing.

I Bought it for school this fall semester but right now I’m bingeing the mtv show the challenge, good quality for the price.

I love my HP!!! It gets the job done. I use it for everything.
