Best purchase made in an appliance!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This oven is small in size but works better than a large oven. I’m definitely impressed with how fast this oven bakes. I’ve used several of the ovens presets all performed outstanding. I recommend this oven to anyone with a small kitchen or just anyone wanting a countertop oven.

Compact oven and it does it all.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good day all, It is time for my review of yet another product. This time around it is for a kitchen product which I am all about because it is convenient for those with small spaces or at least this product is. I recently acquired the KitchenAid Convection Toaster & Pizza Oven and I immediately fell in love with it. I know it is a rather odd thing to say about a kitchen appliance but I am all about convenience and it doesn't get better than this. So let's dive head first into the product review. :::Initial Impressions::: The box that the toaster/oven came in was rather huge but it is understandably so because this is a quality product and a reputable brand. It was well packed and once it was placed in the kitchen it has a modern and sleek look that compliments any kitchen. The oven looks a little complicated with all the buttons but I can assure that isn't the case. It comes with a baking pan, an easy to remove clean up tray, and a temperature probe for those who have culinary skills such as baking chicken or pot roasts. :::Pros & Cons::: Pros: -Sleek design - Many presets for various baking & cooking needs - Easy to use for anyone regardless of of your cooking ability - Easy to clean interior - Includes many essentials for those who can appreciate this oven - Perfect for small spaces like a college dorm or those who live in a room and don't have an actual kitchen. Cons: - I wouldn't consider this a con because I eventually figured it out, but there is no off button. But the cancel button also serves as a power off button despite it not saying so. :::General Impressions::: I have had this for nearly a month and again I am absolutely in love with this product because lets be honest a microwave can only do so much for you which is to reheat items. But this is a toaster and oven so a two in one product. I have baked fish in this and have made two tombstone pizzas in this oven. A regular sized pizza pan does fit in the oven but barely. I made garlic bread in the oven too and I am by no means a chef but Youtube had helped me greatly and can do the same for those who aren't Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen. Now some advice fish does leave a lingering odor but there are ways to clean the oven that will get rid of the smell. A quick Google search will help with that. :::Closing thoughts::: This toaster/oven is a great product that can help you with meal preparation and is best suited for those with a small living space. It can do a number of thins with the many presets that are listed. The oven is easy to use select the preset and push the button it is that simple. The cancel button obviously cancels any preset selected and also serves as a power off button. If you are searching for a convection oven/ toaster then please consider this model made by KitchenAid. TL;DR - Easy to use oven/toaster - Compact but does a lot - Sleek and modern - Includes essential items like the temperature probe, baking tray and crumb tray.

Does the job very well!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off this oven arrived in a huge box very well packed. The retail box was inside another box in which added an extra layer of protection during shipping. When you take this oven out of the box first thing notice is big but not heavy. The oven is black with chrome trim, and glass door. In the box includes the oven, multi purpose pan, broiling rack, oven rack, crumb tray and a temperature probe. In the front there’s an LCD screen with different preset settings that can be chosen by using the rotary knob. The oven is very easy to use just hit function select one of the options push the knob to select the temperature then hit start. Toasting slices of bread is a breezy the oven will ask how brown and how many slices then hit start, the only thing it will take about 5 min compared to a regular toaster which is quicker. A corn dog took about 25 min straight from the freezer, now that thing came out perfectly crunchy outside and moist on the inside it was very good. I also cooked a salmon which took approximately 25 minutes, that also came out to the perfection. The only thing I should have done was to put the tray in the lower section of the oven because when it started broiling the fish oil started bouncing off the upper section where the heat element is causing a very little smoke. Also the top got dirty with that oil which was hard to clean. Please be aware when broiling this thing gets really hot, specially the glass and the top, it also emits a lot of heat. Manufacturers should have put warning labels in those two places then only way you will know either the hard way or reading the manual. I noticed this when I was broiling at 450 degrees. Over all this oven does the job well, despite the size it is very light, quiet and it could be a good addition for your kitchen.

Big enough for the family and loaded with features
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Kitchen Aid Dual Convection Countertop Oven has tons of features, lots of helpful settings, and a huge amount of room to heat/cook/bake all kinds of foods for more than one or two people. Design The first thing that hit me about this Dual Convection Countertop oven was the look. The sleek black with the chrome trim sets it apart from other similar ovens that I've used. But to me, the best thing about the design is the way they moved the controls to the bottom. I'm used to having the controls on the side for an oven like this. By moving them to the bottom it gives a much larger, or wider, space to work with inside! There are three levels you can move the grate to. The manual has suggestions of which level to use for different foods and/or baking modes. The screen on the front is used for setting the mode as well as providing a countdown timer which not all toaster ovens have. I also love the way it has a bright light in the top-back-middle of the oven which lights things up very well while they're cooking (See my attached picture). Controls I like the way they did the controls. It has a ton of options if you want to use them. For instance, to make your toast you can use the "Toast" setting and then choose how many slices of toast you want to make and how dark a "shade" you want the toast to be. The toasting works pretty well! Make sure you have the rack on the middle level for toast as it says in the manual (middle is 2, top is 1 bottom is 3). I like the shade of 4. There are 12 different modes and different options within those. You set everything using three buttons and a dial that you can also press in. The only thing I don't love about the controls is that you turn the dial clockwise where it feels to me like you should turn it counter-clockwise in order to go through the list of 12 modes. That's a very minor personal preference thing though. The controls work well and are easy enough to use. Don't be scared by all the modes either. Keep in mind you can always just set the thing on "Bake" or "Convection Bake" if you want to get crazy;) Do check the manual about which level to use for which foods/modes. Cooking When making toast the bottom seems to get toasted a little more than the top but I've been happy with the toasting it does. Overall the heating seems very good and even whether it's a pizza or a taco bake dish, or roasted broccoli. A number of the settings, like "Pizza" or "Bake", will pre-heat and let you know when they're up to temperature. If you're making a large chunk of meat it even has a meat thermometer that comes with it and a mode to use that. Cons Not much here...Like I said above, I wish the dial would go counter-clockwise to go down the list of modes. I guess toast could be more even top to bottom. Also, not sure this matters for anyone, I don't really care, but it does not have a clock. It gives you countdown timers for things you're baking but it will not tell the time.

Classic kitchenaid quality!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This kitchenaid dual convection oven is classy and a classic quality design from an old timey brand that doesn’t stay stuck in the past. They definitely try and innovate with the times. They did another great job with this simple yet more than heavily used appliance. We use this at least 2 times a day and while we get used to the high heat this produces. We get better at timing and the food comes out better each time. We have 2 kids so we need to be able to make them food an call as they are growing. This machine cooks almost perfectly. I say almost because while it is great the 2 fans push a good amount of air. So since their located on the back the back of food might cook a little quicker. But not bad as we know to restate food regardless of fan placement. Also something to. It’s and we love, the fans are quiet. Like u don’t know they are on quiet. That’s amazing. Last one we had. You can hear it way too much. But that was a budget brand. Not a quality kitchenaid. Digital button/knobs are easy to use. And have almost every setting possible. They work well. The internal light is a nice feature as well. It really helps keep an eye on how the food looks as to not over heat/cook. Built quality is great. Traditional metal surround and nice classy glass up front. It’s beautiful. I really care about aesthetics. Everyone likes the look. No issues and we are very very happy with this product. Though the one gripe I have is that as big as this unit is. They should have included 2 metal racks and not only one. But it’s fine. Overall still very happy. You will be happy as well with this is you are in the market for it.

Excellent
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I use my convection / toaster oven every single day, usually 2-3 times. So I did a lot of research before choosing this one. I've only had this for 3 weeks but very happy with it! I checked temperatures with a very accurate probe, and they are spot on. The "function" settings remember your last use, very convenient for my standard practices (e.g., toast, 1 slice, 4 minutes). Nice large size accommodates multiple dishes. Wide temp range makes it as easy to warm dinnerware as broil a toasted-cheese sandwich. I like the sleek look of it--all same color (black) which makes it look smaller than it really is. (Might not fit under your cabinets.) Light on while cooking is a nice bonus! "End" beep nice and polite--doesn't scream at you like others mentioned in reviews. (If you're in another room and can't hear it, just take a little timer with you.) All I can ask is for it to hold up well over time, which would make this the home run from my research of toaster ovens.

Great looking but huge
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This KitchenAid - Convection Toaster/Pizza Oven is very well built, feature-rich and fancy looking on any counter top. It is very large, compared to any other small kitchen appliance - see attached pictures next to a full size Keurig coffee maker and another good side toaster. Given its size, you can easily cook (frozen) pizzas, vegetables, smaller chickens, pies, etc. It heats up faster than regular ovens, cooks evenly and it's pretty quiet while doing it all. Reheating leftovers also works well and quickly.

Love the sleek design and the black matte color. Excellent product. I always expect a KitchenAid Product to be a solid appliance. I have only done the basics so far but I am impressed for sure! Works great!!! Very happy with purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had some reservations about a tabletop oven. We had one several years ago and we’re disappointed. The sales rep stated he had sold several with no issues. The problems we had in the past were with slow oven to temp due to small heating elements. The specs stated there was a 1800 w element in the unit. Based on the listed specs and the rep stating satisfaction from previous sales. We purchased the unit. We are so happy we did. The oven works great. Fast pre-heat, ample settings for temp and a convection oven option. The convection choice reduces cooking time around 20%. The unit is great for heating up leftovers and small meals. Saves our regular oven for large food items. In short, unit heats fast, cooks well, does not take up to much counter space and is just a well made product. Would gladly recommend to family and friends.

Best money spent !
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent oven ! We have done most of the functions. All have performed as expected. We are especially pleased with the convection function. We did skin-on chicken thighs tonight and the skin was super crispy ! I think I'm giving away my air fryer! The oven runs quietly. The convection function emits a very quiet hum You barely hear it. I purchased a 13"x9" OXO baking pan for it. It fits because it has no handles on the ends. I'm so happy with this oven. My back is happy too ! No more bending over for my regular oven.

Good little oven.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was out of stock when I tried to purchase a few months ago and I am glad I waited until it came back to purchase a new toaster oven. This one has a ton of features for cooking/baking different types of food. Helpful to use when I am baking a small batch of something instead of turning on my oven. I now use it more than my large oven.

A summer must have
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This stove fit my expectations. It's sleek and asthetically pleasant. It is extremely quite when cooking and I can fit a 9x13 pan in it, which allows me to cook most anything I need to in the summer when my regular sized stove is too hot. Cooks nicely, maybe just a tad hot. I've learned turning the recommended cooking temperature down 5-10 degrees helps. Lots of different cooking features like proof, keep warm, roast, bake, reheat, ECT. It also time cooks, so you can turn it on and walk away if your confident in your cooking time.

Great toaster oven
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this toaster oven!! Initially I got a air fryer and had my old toaster oven. It took up a lot of space and the air fryer was too loud. I ended up finding this gem and it works great!! It has a preheat mode, dual convection so it fast and I think better than an air fryer, temp probe and it's a good size and color. I have baked lasagna, pizza, cake you name it and it fits. The color also caught me because all my appliances are black. You can view your food anytime it's cooking because of the back light. Overall, I would recommend this toaster oven.

Easy clean up.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price, this oven was a good purchase. Really appreciate that it is so easy to clean after use. A more detailed instruction manual would have helped me learn how to use this appliance. But, overall, we are happy with it!

Great Buy
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simply a fantastic all-around kitchen appliance. Most of the time you'll be using it for the toaster oven, which it performs admirably. However, this thing has completely replaced my toaster, and almost replaced my microwave. Pizza setting is very good, and I love the ability to hook up the meat thermometer to get my steak a perfect medium rare inside. It does take up a lot of counter space, but for me it's worth it.

Fantastic!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This looks so much nicer than others just sitting on the counter top and is easier to clean than all the previous ones I have owned. It works just as well if not better and the meat probe works great ! Perfect prime rib in a little over an hr and no guess work on internal temp.

Nice Little Toaster Oven
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this oven up as a way to cut down on the heat in my house during the summer. It fit nicely onto a small cabinet next to my stove. The build quality seems good, metal and glass construction and is easy to clean. It wipes down with a damp cloth. So far everything that I have cooked in it has turned out well. I would recommend this product.
