Returned. It doesn’t vacuumed cheerios and it’s an over priced swifter. If it did what it did in the video, I’d have kept it. If you choose to keep this abomination of a product, vacuum first then do not do it again until you have a completely dry pad. Even then, the suction is relatively useless and you’ll probably end up using a broom or an actual vacuum. I’d give this to someone I don’t like.

after buying 2 other mops-this one beats the others-no question. I love that it's cordless and the size is perfect for close/tight areas. I haven't used the other two I got since I started using this one.

I honestly don’t understand all the rave reviews on this “so-called” vacmop. I have owned many Shark products over the years, and, for the most part, have always been satisfied. That being said, this “thing” is by far, the WORST product I have the misfortune to purchase! Total waste of money as far as I’m concerned. Extremely hard to maneuver…….pad doesn’t glide on the floor, but, rather seems to just drag itself. Moping feature would be great if it didn’t just make a bigger mess with whatever remaining dust didn’t get picked up by the initial vacuuming! And, at that point, you can pretty much forget about vacuuming up the dust which is now wet and unmovable! Always end up having to get the broom and the dustpan out to finish the job! What is the point of that???!!! Save yourself the money and the trouble and just look elsewhere for another vacuum mop!
