Cheap plastic snapped off upon inserting.

Upon inserting the cartridge,the plastic piece which is on the top snapped completely off,leaving no secure way for the cartridge to stay in place. I was able to finagle it to stay in place,although how long it will last is highly doubtful. Very disappointed and now angry. Been using same type since I bought thisHP printer- first time problem in several years.

FRUSTRATED more than patient CUSTOMER

A message arrived appeared that only 2 were available per customer. I then cancelled 3 of them in order to pick up on the remaining 1, A message then appeared indicating that I was awarded 1 free cartridge due past purchases. Do to all the confusion I called the 800 # as instructed and after explaning my problem to the agent and giving her my info she then requested me to" hold on" which I did until she hung up approximately 20 minutes later. I am still unaware of the status of my order!!!! HELP!!! explai
