Good laptop for the price. Got this for my wife who prefers Windows over Macs. Go figure. But for a windows machine it’s good and quick. It’s on the heavy side, but shouldn’t be a problem if you don’t plan on carrying it around a lot.

This up-to-date laptop is exactly what we needed to be able to access our Zoom meetings clearly and without a lag. The HD webcam is very clear and the sound is great. However, what they didn't tell you is that there will only be one USB port that you can use for your mouse, or external speakers, or USB flash drives. Current wireless mouse did not fit in the USB 3.1 slots on the the left side of this computer. That was part of the reason I purchased this one because it had all the ports I needed on it. So you can imagine my disappointment when I realized I could only plug the items I already owned in on the USB on the right side of the computer. If anyone has any helpful solutions or recommendations on what to do so I can access those USB's without spending a lot more money that would be helpful. Other than that the laptop has been great. I have had it for one week now and mainly use it for internet and Zoom Meetings.

I'm so happy with this purchase. The picture quality is so crisp and clear, start up time is very fast. I use it for work and video meetings. I love this laptop. I can run several programs with no lag time.

I have always bought Dell computers for my lovely wife, Lynn and I. This one with i7 processor and solid state memory is VERY fast. The best Dell I have ever purchased. I thing hard drives that are mechanical are dinosaurs.

Took me a long time to find what I wanted but this laptop has everything. Very easy to set up especially for a non technical person such as myself.

My son wasn’t sure about desktop or laptop but with the speed and memory this dell laptop is better then any desktop. Yes you can get a good desktop for that price but not as good as this one plus he can take it to college with him. Great purchase

I had to replace my 3 year old Inspiron because the hinges fell apart inside the body. This computer had the best specs for the price. I feel like the frame and key board aren’t the most durable, but I didn’t want to pay $1200 for similar performance. It is not a touch screen or a 2 in 1 (which I’m good with since I never used my old one that way). I would recommend this computer

Fast light weight laptop. Plenty of storage. Fast start up and shut down.

So far, this laptop is meeting all my needs. It is fast and has all the features I need for home personal use. It was easy to set up. I like the backlit keyboard, and I like that the keys are black. A previous laptop had silver keys and was very hard to see the letters/numbers, etc. Dell has a good reputation and I’m highly pleased with this laptop.

It was one of the best purchases you can make, the processor is very fast and they are the perfect size, easy to use.

I was very pleased with the Dell laptop. It met all my expectations and was quite easy to set up. I am a faithful user of Dell products and was not at all surprised at the excellence of the laptop.

The laptop runs fast and has a good display although I have noticed that sometimes when waking up from sleep, the computer lags for a while before the screen appears. Speakers are lacking and the vent is on the bottom so heats up somewhat quickly. The fingerprint log-in is a nice touch.

I first bought the ASUS gaming computer for work at home business, thinking I needed all the specifications it had. But, realized it slowed down the required apps I needed to access everyday. The ASUS was freezing up, and blacking out. I switched to the Dell Inspiron instead, since my old computer was Dell Inspiron and I was familiar with it. So far, so good with the operating system and specs for what I need it for everyday. I am in the Mortgage Business and the programs/applications that are required are loaded with stuff in which this computer is able to handle. Overall, very nice computer!

It's a good computer but it rarely stuck when I switch between programmings and its keyboard have inconvenient 'page up' and 'page down' key

Don't much like the life of the battery at the time need to play with switch to maximise the power output while not plugged in!

Good laptop. Some issues with video conferencing software that was preloaded. Otherwise good buy.

For the money, the Inspiron provides suitable speed and storage for most home uses. A good value purchase.

I just realised that one of key on key board was not working. Don't know what to do. I can not even return because of long time purchase. I purchased it on Thanks giving month it been 2 months since I purchased. haven't used much for a while however, I realised this issue, don't know how to solve it. Please help me Thank you.
