Exactly What I Was Looking For

It does exactly what you expect it to do and I feel like my iPad is a laptop. The only reason I am giving it 4/5 stars is because it does glitch more often than I’d like. Sometimes, the keyboard does not function and I have to disconnect/reconnect to reset it. It doesn’t happen often but it has happened enough during my time using it for me to notice and make note in this review. Other than that, this is a great product, from the ease of installation, to the accuracy of the mouse, to the elegant design and look. Overall I do recommend.

The downside is some features will not be available, but the iPad Air still holds its value. It has great screen quality, long battery life, and can get whatever task you are looking to complete done efficiently. If you are into video editing and pictures I would personally go with the iPad Pro because it offers more power to run multiple things at once. Overall, this purchase was worth it and I recommend it to others.

It's well built, it works as advertised. The keyboard and the touchpad are great. No complaints about the function itself. For me to give this 5 starts would require that the design change a bit - this case is heavy and if you could just slide the iPad out easily so I could go caseless when I 'm reading in bed at night that would be really useful. I returned it as a result - just not the right form factor for me. I ended up upgrading to the iPad Pro 2 with the magnetic magic keyboard which has the exact functionality I need

Look Ma! it's a tiny laptop!

Great keyboard, very useable trackpad, the backlighting for the keys is great. I like the fold out kickstand and my ONLY complaint is that the magnetic connection isn't strong enough to stay on very well when a kid picks up the ipad off the table without first closing the cover. The keyboard just swings, dangles, and falls off. Stronger magnets would have been great, but for the functionality it's super solid.

It feels great and it feels big enough and does not feel like it's too close together. The cover does make my iPad feel a little heavier but I don't mind because I feel like it's better protected but the keypad side is only magnetic so if it's dropped it could detach from iPad side.

Works well.....most of the time

Once re-connected, it works well, and is nicely back lit. Does make the iPad a little heavier than if it was connected to the Apple keypad, but overall, it's nice.

Posted .Thank you for this very fair and honest review of the Combo Touch Keyboard Case. Since batteries aren't included, the Combo Touch sources power, pairs, and even securely transfers data all via the Smart Connector. If you disconnect it, then yes, you will have to reconnect it to your iPad each time. Might I suggest that you download the Logitech Control app that lets you update the firmware and gives you greater customization for your Combo Touch. You can find the app in the App Store. Apple iPad Air

She received excellent customer service from the Best Buy associate who worked with her. The iPad Air came on the date that we were told to expect delivery. Set up was extremely easy and quick. My wife is now enjoying to use it as a "mini" laptop as well as watching movies and downloading books.
