I can't believe they sell me a used laptop Bestbuy

I purchased this laptop a week ago and so far I'm loving it. The setup process was so easy and quick! The speed of the laptop is super fast also. The only issue I have is with Zoom. I saw a couple other reviewers say that the sound quality with zoom was not good with this laptop and I found that to be true also. I use zoom daily for my work conference calls so I had to find a way to work around the sound issues. I purchased some wireless ear pods and now everyone can hear me clearly on zoom. If it wasn't for the zoom issues I would give this laptop 5 stars.

Got this as my old one died and needed one ASAP. Saw the other ratings & thought this was a great deal for the price: 2-in-1 with touch screen, memory, etc. were all a draw (as is the 15.6"). However within the first hour of having it set up it repeatedly froze and then crashed without warning (and got molten lava hot). I brought this back less than 24 hours after purchasing and exchanged it for another - fingers crossed but the new one is working out well........I hope!

My wife's old laptop was dieing slow painful death. She made sure I knew about it. I suggested we check out our local Best Buy to see what is new. We walked out the door with this new laptop and she LOVES it. Decided to buy in the store because they had exactly what we needed right there, and if we have a problem, just take it over to customer service. It's small, light, fast, touch screen, all the features and more. She's happy and I'm happy. Thanks Best Buy!

This laptop is awesome! It is super fast and really easy to use. Laptops have gotten so much lighter in the last few years and this one is much more streamlined than my last Dell from 4 years ago. The screen picture is amazing! I can't wait to get more used to the 2-in-1 aspects of this laptop. I highly recommend it for this price range. This lit keyboard is a great feature also.

Very light. Latest processor. As fast as my Wifi can manage, and probably a lot faster. Highly recommended

I have had this laptop for about a month now and could not be happier! It works great and is super fast. It has a long lasting battery and fits all my needs. I am excited to continue to use its different features. The finger scanner is not always super accurate but I dont mind using the pin code. I love the touch screen and have not had any issues. The set up was very easy and is for all skill levels. Definitely recommend!

I'm still getting used to it and trying to learn what all is on it. I have noticed that when I'm on zoom others cannot always hear me. Not sure if there's a lag or just what the issue is. I love the touchscreen and being able to flip it like a tablet. So far, so good.

I really like everything about this laptop except the microphone, which hardly works. I need this for conference calls, and the other participants can barely hear me. My IT department spent an hour with me troubleshooting and couldn't rectify it, I'll have to get an external mic. Other than that though, it works well. It's fast, has good memory, and the speakers work well.

The Dell has nice speed, size, weight, etc. Easy to set up.

I own 2 of these and love them! They provide everything needed for working from home and for my daughter to use for virtual school and her passion for digital art. My daughter loves the two in one feature that allows her to fold her computer into a digital art pad to do her drawings (with a digital pen I bought separately). She uses it quite frequently and the computer seems to withstand the constant folding pretty well. I use my laptop to do a lot of streaming and the quality of video is great. I love the lighting of the keyboard to help in low light settings and I love the speed that the computer moves at. I take a tone of pictures and videos and the storage is more then capable to hold it all. Overall a great buy!

I bought a new Dell Inspiron on Day 1 at your Augusta, GA store. Left my old Dell to have the files transferred to the new one. Came back one week later, Day 2, as planned and was told I was all set. I checked the new Dell and the files were not transferred. A tech said he would fix it and I got a call that it was ready and came back the next, Day 3, day. I checked when I picked it up and files appeared on my new Dell. When I got home I noticed that not all files were transferred and those that were were incomplete and not where they had been previously. I called Geek Support and was on the phone or hold for about 4 hours. "Diane" could not find the files I was looking for and suggested I go to the store. I called Geek Support in the afternoon to make an appointment and was told the store was closed, so I drove to the store the next Day 4, day. FINALLY I got a tech named Kyle who took my new and old computers and told me he would straighten me out. He noticed that the Windows Office I purchased had not been installed, nor the Cloud back up. I got a call that night that I was all set. Day 5 I drove back to the store and picked up my computer. It works fine now. My suggestion is that your techs all be as well trained and knowledgeable as Kyle. THE DELL IS GREAT. GETTING IT SET UP WITH FILES TRANSFERRED TO IT FROM MY OLD DELL WAS A DISASTER UNTIL I FOUND A GEEK TECH WHO KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I WAS ON THE BRINK OF TURNING IT BACK FOR A REFUND UNTIL KYLE SAVE THE DAY.

The computer was sleek and fast, but we had a couple issues so we ended up returning it. I am not sure if we just got a lemon but the issues we experienced included: 1. Echoing on video chats - i.e. issues with the microphone 2. It was occasionally flash dark and then flash back to the screen we were on. 3. The computer itself ran extremely hot. We took the computer into the Geek Squad to see if it was something we were doing wrong and we will agreed that these issues were odd.

Well rounded laptop with a decently snappy processor and SSD combo that makes it easy to crack out work tasks and for my children to participate in remote learning. I've never been a touch screen person or a 2 in 1 form factor sort of person, but both of those features have come in handy as some of the remote learning tasks asked of my 1st grader have been showing number and letter writing proficiency. I feel bad for any kid that has to do the entire alphabet with a mouse. The optane feels like kind of a non factor when its attached to a NVME SSD. The build quality and design is satisfactory and should hold up to a few years of use. Its nothing special but its functional and thats what most people need right now.

Easy to setup and operate. My daughter is using it for her school pc and likes it a lot. The touch screen makes it easier to use.

Really liked the performance of this laptop, the battery seems to be fair despite my continuous usage, the device does not heat up. Have had no issues with touch screen and neat finish for the look as well.

Everything on the surface of this laptop was great: storage, backlit keyboard, average battery life but for the price it's worth it. However the issues started right out of the box. The charger that came with it didn't work after a while. I had to exchange it for the same laptop in-store. Then the computer would just randomly shut off. Not even to update, just completely go offline. Also, because I'm a student and work from home, it was integral to use it for video conferences (zoom specifically). The mic would work for a little bit and then cut off, or refuse to work at all. Also during that time, the speakers wouldn't work, so I'd have to scramble to try to fix the audio settings and play catch up. This is apparently a very common issue. Dell couldn't help me because I bought it in store, and the GeekSquad seemed confused as to why a brand new laptop was behaving so strangely. I really, really wanted this to be a good laptop. I got another laptop from BestBuy that was HP, but I have qualms with it now too, and it's costlier. I guess you get what you pay for.

What I know about computers, you could put on the head of a pin With the help of my son and a little investigating I felt this one best suit my needs because I only do basic stuff. I do like the fact this one has a larger screen than my old computer and it runs much faster. I only have a few issues, first is I would of liked the key board to be back lit, and I am not use to how sensitive the keys are, and finally it is heaver than I expected.
