Really good carpet extractor. I use this in pair with a drill brush and a really good carpet cleaner. I’ve had the competition Hoover and I prefer the power of the Bissel and spray handle. Cord management is good too. Easy to clean and easy to fill.

Works really well. Used it on the car seats and got up a lot of dirt. One of the attachments wasn’t spraying the solution consistently and I’m not sure if it was a problem with the sprayer portion of the piece or what. But it still got the job done. I have yet to try the other attachments but it’s a great product.

Overall VERY impressed with this spot cleaner. Our new puppy was definitely making some messes and this thing made them disappear like it was NOTHING at all and only takes minutes to clean anything up.

I have an old confused senile dog who goes outside and then walks inside and pees and poops on the carpet. It's really frustrating. It's insanely frustrating. This little thing is really good at spot cleaning. It's big and cumbersome, but at least it works.

I bought this cleaner because my pet had an accident on my rug. I was hoping that the shampoo and the pet urine lifter would remove my woes with this deep cleaner. Alas, no. Although there was plenty of cleaning product involved, the cleaner itself does not pick up enough of the shampoo that is released. I ran the nozzle over the area again and again, but most of the product stayed in the carpet and was not sucked back into the cleaner. I repeated the process four times. I finally thought by diluting the area enough it would lift the odor. It did eventually, but it was too much work for the result.

Works great, a little heavy for a small machine but other than that works amazing

Bought this to help clean off a couch. It was working pretty well but the nozzle and the attachment were not locked in really well. The dirty water was leaking through the connection part. Sadly Had to return because it was making more of a mess than cleaning. Maybe I just had a defective model :(

Great little machine! I bought it to do a deep clean of my car’s interior carpeting after my dog had a bout of diarrhea and a carpet brush and spray foam wasn’t cutting it. Was surprised at how well it cleaned the carpet and got rid of any smell!

I love Bissell products and this one does not disappoint! I own an upright cleaner; but purchased this for smaller spill/stains. This makes it easy to pull out and clean up a stain. The Bissell cleaner products are wonderful and remove stains with ease.

Works great on cleaning pet messes on carpet, no matter how deep it is. And really works great for detailing your car. It has a larger tank then most others.

exactly what we need. when we moved into our new home our dog started to mark her territory.

It works. Cleans well, not great. Can be inconsistent. On harder stains it works but isn't as powerful as it needs to be. Wish I could control the suction. You just place the wand down and the machine sucks on its own. One wand it comes with shoots water out the edges on the sides. Never use that one and not sure what that is for.

It cleans up nicely. It does leak slightly where the attachments attach to the hose. It also needs to be emptied right away, otherwise it starts to smell quickly.
