Customers admire the Jet™ 75 Complete Cordless Stick Vacuum's powerful suction, excellent battery life, and lightweight design, making it easy to use and maneuver. Many appreciate the included attachments and quiet operation during use. However, some users find the dustbin design inconvenient to empty and the brush rollers could be improved. Overall, the positive feedback on cleaning performance and ease of use outweighs the concerns about specific components.

This vacuum is amazingly powerful for such a lightweight, cord-free model. At first, I had some doubt about the design that requires you to switch between two different roller brushes for hard surfaces and carpets. On my previous vacuum, I simply turned a dial on the roller housing to lower the brush for hard surfaces and raise it for carpets. With the Samsung there is a soft-action roller brush (similar in feel to a roller paint brush) for doing hardwood or tile floors and a separate turbo-action brush for doing carpets. I therefore had to literally change attachment brushes back and forth for different surfaces. However, this turned out to be not at all difficult, in fact even easier than turning the dial on my old vacuum, which required a lot of hand strength. My only remaining concern with having different roller brush attachments is storing them. Among these and other, smaller attachments, only two can be stored by clicking them onto to wall mount that holds the main unit. The other attachments will have to sit randomly on the floor. On the other hand, one great feature of the roller brush attachments is that they have a very low profile, allowing me to reach underneath furniture with small clearance. And the soft brush treats me wood floors well. No more worries about scratches from sharp bristles. I was also uncertain how much I would like using the crevice tool, combination tool, and mini-motorized tool. With my old vacuum, I released the top handle and attached similar devices to the hose, redirecting the vacuum from the bottom housing to the hose by turning a knob. Using the small tools attached directly to the Samsung main housing felt similar to using the classic portable Dustbuster. Again, using the Samsung vacuum with the small tools turned out to be easier than with my old vacuum. And the Samsung is way more powerful than the old Dustbuster. The instruction booklet was clear and helpful. Emptying the dustbin was easy, and the filter looks like it will be easy to clean when necessary. Really, my only complaint about this vacuum is that the battery, even on a full charge, did not last long enough to do even three rooms on my first floor. Almost, but not quite. That left my stairs, two rooms upstairs, and my basement left to do after a battery recharge. I will have to learn to budget my time with this vacuum, because it simply cannot do an entire house on one charge. It might be worth investing in a second battery to extend the time you can use this otherwise excellent vacuum cleaner.

Vacuum works well on multi-surfaces from outdoor carpets to heavy wool rugs. Great to reach under furniture and into corners. Accessories meet normal cleaning needs and are easy to attach and use. Picked up a small piece of clear plastic and the display lite up immediately identifying the issue. Helpful feature. With full battery charge one can vacuum several rooms without needing a recharge. (I did five full room rugs.) This product is light but most of the weight is at the top so if you are not placing it on the wall mount, it needs to be laid down.

      Hi, Dpc13
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we do apologize about your issue with your Samsung - Jet™ 75 Complete Cordless Stick Vacuum with Long-Lasting Battery - ChroMetal with Teal Silver Filter with an issue battery life
The experience is not what we expect from our customers.

I recommend following the steps in this link to help you with this issue.
      Samsung vacuum does not charge
The charging process for your vacuum is pretty self-explanatory. Power at one end gets stored in the battery of your vacuum so it can operate without a power cord trailing behind it. If your vacuum does not charge, the most common reason is that it is not connected properly.
      https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003070/

Install, set up, and charge your Jet Stick
The Jet Stick is an advanced vacuum, which means setting it up will require a few more steps than an ordinary vacuum. The charging stands not only power up the battery, but also provide a convenient storage spot for the vacuum and its attachments. Before you know it you'll be reaching for your Jet Stick every time there's a spill.

I've never owned a Samsung vacuum before and honestly never knew they made such devices. With that said, I was excited to get my hands on the Jet 75 Vacuum as my previous stick vac from another leading brand was starting to give out on me. I am completely blown away at the design, quality, and performance of this device. Suction is pretty good and it comes with a ton of accessories to clean your floor, upholstery, and cervices. I do appreciate that the floor head comes with both a brush (for carpet) and soft brush (for hard floors). That is a welcome accessory since I have mainly hard floors with some rugs. Taking this vacuum apart to empty the dust bin and clean the components is super easy. While I haven't tried it yet, you can supposedly wash the dust bin and filter under water running water, which is a nice way to effectively clean it. There isn’t much for me to complain about when it comes to the Jet 75. It does pretty much all it's supposed to and it does it very well. If I were to make a nit-picky comment, I don't like how the mini motorized tool (for upholstery) has rubber fins as opposed to a brush. The vacuum is a little heavier than my old stick vac from a competing brand, but I think it's because of the big battery that is on this vacuum. Overall, for the selling price, this is a very good cordless vacuum. It is beautifully designed, comes with a ton of accessories, and effective cleans. What more could you ask for?

The new SAMSUNG JET CORDLESS VACUUM CLEANER (VS20T75) s a smooth sounding powerful vacuum cleaner. The vacuum weighs about 3.5 lbs. It glides through the carpet and hard surface floors with ease while sucking up all the dust and dirt. The handles provide easy access to the toggle switch that allows you toggle from minimum, medium, or maximum suction. The vacuum package included different attachments, like the soft action brush for the carpet, a crevis tool for narrow areas, and a small soft action brush to use in your vehicle or upholstery. The soft brush microfibers are washable and reusable. The dust container is also washable. The battery life is excellent. I vacuumed my four-bedroom house with just one charge. This vacuum also has a battery light indicator that shows battery strength, which is very neat. If you need more battery life to vacuum a large house, you have the option to buy an extra battery. This Samsung Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum is a great value when comparing it with others with similar performance and options.

    Good vacuum, bad battery

I have multiple vacuum cleaners. This Samsung Jet75 is a pleasure to use because of its portability and its lightweight-ness. But the battery is a big issue. That would be my conclusion of this product. So let’s start over and break down why. I will start with the good: - Lightweight: As I mentioned earlier, this thing is pretty light, so moving it around is less of a chore. I can definitely using this for a long period of time (of course that depends on battery which I will discuss later). Since we have 2 story house, using this lightweight vacuum is a blessing. - Multiple attachments – including flexible tool. I mentioned flexible tool first because this attachment is good to clean a hard to reach surface since it’s bendable in any angle. The user manual includes a picture of using this tool to clean blinds. I haven’t tried it yet, but I can see how that would work. So far, I only use the turbo action brush, the crevice too and the combination tool. The turbo action brush picks up dirt in our carpet and tile floor really well. I love that I don’t have to switch or push any button when using this brush between the carpet and the tile. Having the long pipe also makes it easier for me to reach to the corner or hard to reach spaces without having to bend down. Obviously all of these features are a must for a vacuum cleaner. Samsung sells more attachment, like the wet brush, that you can use with this vacuum. - Easy manuevering: besides being light, the attachment, including the turbo action brush, can be moved in many direction very easily so vacuuming corners or small areas is a breeze with this vacuum. Another huge plus. - Easily removable dustbin: this is almost a feature in all of the vacuum that I have. But it’s still an important feature considering that because of the size, you may have to detach this thing multiple times if you have a lot of dust/particles in the dustbin. Now, let’s talk about the bad: - BATTERY!!! BATTERY!!!: This is my biggest gripe about this vacuum. When I first tried using it, I “mistakenly” set this thing to the Max (it has 4 settings: Wet, Min, Mid, & Max). Within less than 15 minutes, this thing died on me, on a Max setting. Later, I found out that you can use this for an hour (based on the website), but the setting needs to be in Min. To be honest, I have not tried using the Min setting. So, I am not sure if this thing really last 60 minutes in that setting. But at Mid setting, you have about 30 minutes to use this vacuum. Depending on the size of the house and how dirty your house is, 30 minutes might not be enough time. Of course, I would need to try to use the Min setting next time to see if that setting is good enough for cleaning carpet and tile. I have other vacuum, and their batteries definitely longer than this vacuum. If this is the case, Samsung should probably provide a 2nd battery with this product. Besides, charging the battery takes a long time. I placed the battery in the charger about ½ hour ago, and the battery is currently between the first and 2nd level (it has 3 levels). So my advice to you is try the min setting first. If that works for your cleaning purposes, then set this thing up at that level. That would be my next try out. Also, I believe the battery was supposed to be placed in the charger whenever it’s not being used. I unplugged the cable from the charger a few days ago, and when I checked, the battery is not fully charged anymore. - So, still within battery issue. To charge the battery, you have to either nail the desk charger on the wall so you can mount the vacuum, or take the battery out of the vacuum and place it in the charger. I know this is not a deal breaker, but I just don’t understand why can we just plug the charger directly into the vacuum so we don’t have to take the battery out if we don’t plan to nail the charger to the wall – which, as of right now, is not in my plan. - Lastly, battery again: The manual mentioned that the battery’s light will start blinking whenever the battery is getting low. Not on my vacuum. This thing just goes dead on me at some point whenever the battery is on the first level. No warning whatsoever. Faulty product maybe? In conclusion, will I recommend this product? Yes but with big cautions. Do not have a big expectation about the battery. Of course, you can always buy a second battery. But at $159 a piece, that would be a huge purchase.

The Samsung - Jet™ 75 Complete is a good stick vacuum but has a few deficits and misnomer starting with the word “Complete" in its title. Complete implies that the unit is all-inclusive of the accessories offered by Samsung. It is not. The wet cleaning attachment is not included, even though even the packaging had a form fitted space for the attachment. More about SAMSUNG customer service later. The unit was simple to assemble and get ready for first usage. There are 3 power settings and Medium worked just fine for LVP (Vinyl plank) flooring. The attachment for hard floors worked like a dream. The carpeting attachment also set to Medium worked as advertised also. SAMSUNG boasts a 60 minute charge on the Maximum setting. I beg to differ. On Max I had 35 mins of usage. On LOW I did get 60 to 65 minutes. More about the Samsung - Jet 75 Complete power settings. As I’ve written Medium is excellent for the hard surfaces head. But for doing your stairs with the stairs power attachment any setting other than MAX is a waste of effort and time if you have carpeting or carpet inserts. SAMSUNG boasts that the vacuum is light weight enough to take care of your blinds or shutters. Yeah it does an ok job but I’ve found that doing my shutters and fan I had better and faster results using an ordinary SWIFFER duster. Sorry guys sometimes simpler is better. There’s one other downside I am sorry to say; SAMSUNG customer service, which is pathetic, slow and favors putting customers on HOLD for extended periods and still solve nothing. Although the unit is sexy and has a 10 warranty on the digital motor, I believe that the SAMSUNG JET 75 (in)COMPLETE isn’t ready for Prime Time. Sorry…. Cheers!

Not sure how I lived without this

I was somewhat skeptical on the whole stick vacuum thing - I know they're all the rage lately but I've been married to my tried-and-true big name brand corded vacuum that pioneered the bagless age we live in. In reality, by getting the Samsung JetStick 75, I've opened up an entire new world that I didn't know existed. Sounds a little over the top for a vacuum, right? You don't know until you try it. I'll start out by saying this product is phenomenal. As soon as it arrived, I put it together and started using it on a test area. I was hooked immediately As vacuums go, it's got decent suction and is relatively quiet for what it does. It has three suction settings, and the default it starts out with is "Mid" (medium). For most cleaning jobs, medium is enough. For big jobs, move on up to high - but high comes with a penalty on battery life - see below. I really never dip down into the low setting - it's there, but medium has great suction and a good balance of battery life, noise, and cleaning power. The vacuum comes with the motor/canister unit, a crevice tool and a brush tool, and a flexible adaptor that allows bending in about any angle you would ever need. These also work on the included extension, which is about 32-36 inches if I had to guess. Also included are three power heads - one small one about 5 inches wide for bedding and couches, one "traditional" head for carpeted floors, and one other head for hard surface flooring. The traditional head looks like practically every other vacuum head with a brush that goes the length of the roller that brushes up stuff from carpet fibers. The hard surface floor cleaner has what essentially looks like a paint roller for a brush - a solid, cushy fabric thing. For us, the traditional roller gets the most use and actually works great on carpet and hard surface flooring as well. The heads have a swivel on them that when paired with the extension tube make them incredibly maneuvarable - you can hold the motor unit at practically any angle and the head will be able to twist and turn into practically any situation you need to vacuum in. Vacuuming under my cabinets is a simple task with the swivel the power heads provide. Also included is one battery and a charging dock. The charging dock can either sit on a desk/counter which requires you to remove the battery from the motor unit to charge in the dock, or you can wall mount the dock with the included hardware and hang the motor unit in the dock and charge that way - it's essentially always ready to go this way - which is the huge advantage of having a stick vacuum like this. The huge advantage of a vacuum like this is that if you wall mount the charging dock, is that this thing is ready to go.The wall mount also has a spot to hang the crevice and brush tools, and I also store one of those tools on the swivel neck thing for easy access. I find that I'm now cleaning everything with this vacuum because it's always ready to go. After dinner clean up? Grab the big stuff by hand and then go to town with the stick vacuum. Kiddo drops some Goldfish crackers? No worries - the stick vacuum is ready to go. Want to clean the inside of the car? Boom! The JetStick is ready to go and can get anywhere in my car I need it to - especially with the crevice, brush, and small bedding power head. It also made short work out of cleaning drawers and cabinets. There are a couple of things that I do not like about the JetStick 75. For one, the included charging cord is entirely too short. I don't think most people are going to wall mount this out in the open in a hallway or something - I wanted it in a closet. None of my closets have power outlets - but fortunately I'm handy and added an outlet. Even then, the included cord is so short that with a wall mount, I have to use an extension cord to get the cords to hide neatly. They recommend a certain mounting height in the manual, but the cord is barely longer than that by a couple of inches. Another small annoyance I found is that using the vacuum on high eats battery VERY quickly. I took it off the charger with a full charge, vacuumed my 14 stairs that lead to the basement and about 45 feet of basement floor perimieter and the battery was dead - I'd say this was a good 5-6 minutes of vacuuming and the battery died. I'd expect a bit more battery life. Note that on medium I've never ran out of battery. Also - if you have a halfway decent size house, this is not a replacement for your tried and true upright vacuum. I find this is an excellent compliment to that product that I use more often. The JetStick gets daily use for shorter jobs that I would otherwise not do because getting out the big vacuum, unrolling the cord, assembling the tools, etc.. is a chore. By the time I've gotten the upright out of the closet, I can be done with the job with the JetStick and it's already back on the charger. Supposedly there's a wet brush attachment available for this - but it's fairly pricey and not widely available. I am seriously considering it once it becomes available - if it is to the quality and utility of the rest of the JetStick attachments, it will make cleaning my hard wood significantly easier. Overall, I highly recommend the Samsung JetStick 75. I don't know where this thing has been all my life - but I'm sure glad it's here.

Color me very impressed. This thing has some serious power for such a small vacuum. The versatility you get with the included attachments is incredible. I can knock out my carpeted stairs by taking off the extension and not having to contort myself awkwardly to get the job done. And the fact that you can EASILY slide out the whole brush on all of the brush/blade style attachments wins me over I don't know how many times. Getting any built up hair out of the brush is so much easier this way. If you ever have had to take out any tools to disassemble a vacuum to do that dirty dead, you know how frustrating it can be. That's not an issue when you can remove these in a second. The fit, finish and performance of this is excellent. I absolutely recommend this product.

This vacuum is very nice. It is well-built and strong. I like the fact that the handle grip feels natural and the controls are in a good spot. But the big drawback for me was emptying the dust bin. First you have to twist off the whole dust bin unit then you have to twist the unit again to remove the actual bin from the inserted filter. This is not ideal for people with allergies and it's a hassle because you have to put the whole thing down just to empty the bin.
