I absolutely love it! I have 2 labs and this gets a lot more of the hair than my other vacuum, well worth it. I highly recommend it. I have had many kinds and some expensive some not. This vacuum has picked up a lot more. It took me a while to get used to pushing the front down instead of a button and the swivel head works for me, now I can get under my couch and chairs easier. You do have to go head-on for corners as the side doesn't work as well as picking up hair against the wall. But I love mine.

Best suction easy to use great on tile and carpet.

This is the best vaccum i have ever had. I thought my floors were clean but i was not prepared for all the stuff this one picked up that my old vaccum left behind!! This is definitely an awesome vaccum!

Definitely worth the money. Suction is excellent and rivals a Dyson. Easy to maneuver despite being a little on the heavy side. Detachable canister great for stairs!

Before i pruched this vaccum i had the Shark NV356E. I thought that one did a good job, but i was wrong comparied to this vaccum. I have 3 pets, so i have pet hair along with really long hair myself and my kids. I can see and feel how soft my carpets are. What use to take me multiple passes now takes me 1 or two passes to see in the canister that i am not picking anything up.

I love this vacuum cleaner SO much. It’s hands down, the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned and I have owned several high end vacuum cleaners. My hardwood floors have never been this clean and I know this is due to that spinning brush! Honestly, my carpets haven’t been this clean before now that I think about it. I am kind of obsessed with using it. The spinning attachment is great on sofas and getting into tight spaces but I somehow broke mine the first week. I tend to be super rough with things so that may just be a user error. I glued it back together and it works just fine. I do wish that the hose was a bit longer and stretchier but that’s totally not a deal breaker.

Best vacuum I’ve ever owned. Powerful and picks up everything. The ease of cleaning stairs is amazing. Recommend to anyone. Owned a Dyson. This beats it and was less expensive.

I LOVE this vacuum! My house is now super clean, because this vacuum gets everywhere the dirt is! It is easy to use and worth the cost! I totally recommend purchasing this vacuum.

This vacuum cleaner really is the most versatile and best vacuum I've ever owned. I've owned many Dyson and other sharks in the past but none have the versatility of this one. buy it!

I love this vacuum. The power and suction is unbelievable . Every time I finish cleaning I'm amazed just how much this picks up compared to my old vacuum. the self-cleaning brush roll is really a necessity in my house and I love that the powered lift away allows me to easily reach under furniture I previously could not. I did a lot of research before I purchased this one and I'm so glad I did. The only flaw that I have found is like many other vacuums I looked at, there is not enough space on the device to store all 3 attachments. Seriously don't get why that is??? However this one minor omission should not deter you from buying the Shark Vertex.

This vacuum is really powerful. Easy to drag on the carpet and floor with handy extra attachment tools. Really recommended.

Sucks up everything! A little heavy and cumbersome but the rotating head makes it easier to move around.

The auction on this vacuum is amazing! So surprised when we vacuumed our carpet at the amount of dust it picked up! Was using a Dyson before and apparently after using this vacuum we weren’t really getting into our carpet as we thought we were

This self propelling bagless vacuum is amazing. The suction is powerful and its so easy to use.

The good: This vacuum is very powerful, easy to use, picks up more pet hair than you knew you had and it cleans right up to the wall. The bad: my front soft roller stopped working after only seven months and that is NOT covered by the factory warranty for some reason. The floor nozzle is not made to be serviced either. You have to buy a whole new floor nozzle from Shark to resolve this problem. Considering the price of this model this is simply bad business. This model was the best vacuum I’ve used, but my next vacuum will be a different brand due to this issue.

I've had my newest Shark vacuum for approximately 3 months, and I have not been disappointed yet. This machine gets well-used with three 80+ pound dogs and a cat in my household. I am continuously impressed and, at the same time, disgusted with how much fur this vacuum picks up. This is my third Shark vacuum and aside from a few minor, albeit annoying changes, I would wholeheartedly recommend this vacuum despite the hefty price tag.

These vacuums are incredible. They do the job across all floor types. But they are plastic. That goes with pretty much anything you buy these days. We are a daily vacuum home. Worth the buy but get the warranty
