These vacuums are incredible. They do the job across all floor types. But they are plastic. That goes with pretty much anything you buy these days. We are a daily vacuum home. Worth the buy but get the warranty

I had been looking for a vacuum with a strong suction and found it in this one. It’s a little heavy but nothing too bad. Leaves carpets looking so clean!

Easy to assemble, light weight and cleans well. I have shoulder injury and this is comfortable to use.

I have never spent this much on a vacuum. I never anticipated spending this much. I had a hoover windtunnel that worked fine for several years. It wasn't awesome, but worked. Until it died, and it was a little switch that went out, I troubleshooted it and the repair + parts would be more than it was worth. Long Story Short.... i decided to look at Consumer Reports and reviews online and this is TOTALLY worth the extra money. It is such a huge difference of what it pulls out of the carpet. The enclosed system is amazing, as it doesn't smell like you're vacuuming - it traps dust and dander and it's great!

Edit: after 2 months it won’t turn on. Thank GOD I have the total tech membership. 10/10 love this vacuum. It has great suction and I love that it comes apart to fit under my bed.

This is a great product, we have a very hairy dog and the attachment works great and makes it easy to clean the couches. We use the vacuum first through the house and picks up dirt and small debris pretty nicely, then we use the broom to get to the corners. Absolutely recommend this product.

Outstanding cleaning was very surprised! I bought the lift away professional steam mop and I was so impressed with that I decided to try shark vacuums. I am so glad that I did ‼️ I have a Dyson which cost me $500 and this $300 liftaway professional was simply better. After vacuuming the floor with my canister vaccume I had upstairs on those carpet and hardwood floors we tried the brand new shark out of the box vaccume and it picked up more dirt and it’s brand new container was 1/4 way full when we were done !! we were flabbergasted!‼️ I truly believe anyone who likes the shark products will be extremely happy with this !

It moves really well, however, it almost has too good of suction on small area rugs and pulls them up. It's great on hard wood floors and tile and carpets that don't move, though. The one downfall is the wand doesn't have a light on it like my former vacuum did. Other than that, I love it!

Love this vacuum cleaner. It has the most powerful suction I've ever seen. It's very maneuverable and easy to use.

I love the vacuum, however one of the parts were cracked upon delivery. I did not notice until 2 days outside of the BestBuy return window. Unfortunately BestBuy refuses to help anyone after the window (2 weeks) , I am sure this comment wont help with the chance of winning a $400 coupon but wanted to share some valuable feedback That being said Shark has 90 day and 2 year warrantee on the item. Shark sent me a new part !!! Id buy directly from the supplier!!

Very happy with my purchase. It’s a bit heavy compared to my last shark, but has excellent suction power Great quality and value.

This vacuum has held up well throughout the years. I did have to replace it once but I had warranty so it was an easy swap.

great product. super potent. I was surprised about the amount of hair that falls from my cats when I started using this vacuum. easy to handle. The only thing I'm upset about is that it stopped working after two months of use. I think it was a malfunction in the wire. but I'm glad I had insurance. I had to pay a fee to redeem another one but it was worth it because it's really good.

Excellent purchase. Great vacuum machine with strong vacuum power. Easy to operate and great accessories. I strongly recommend it.

This vacuum is as advertised, there is not hair tangled in the rollers and it has great suction. But beware, this unit is heavy.
