Great performance. Seems a little louder than our older model, but still pretty quiet compared to others. Controls a little awkward to use. Wish it had an auto recoiling power cord.

It works really well. The roller head stops randomly. I'm using it on thicker carpet. It cleans really well. I like how the head and body detaches. The vacuum hose isn't long enough to use on bigger stairs without the canister from falling over.

Fantastic cleaner. Lies flat for under furniture, light weight for stairs with all the attachments

Best vacuum I’ve ever owned. The vacuum breaks down into the equivalent of a canister vacuum. Also handle and extended handle breakdown as well. The height setting work well on all surfaces, including area rugs. Picks dirt up well. Maneuvers well.

It literally took me 2 minutes to put it together. It works great. We had just used our old vacuum and decided to test out this one and couldn't believe how much it picked up.

Cleans deep. Rather heavy but can be moved around with out too much effort.. Lift away feature is very helpful in tight areas. Don' run over the cord with it.

better than my last two Dysons this does a cleaner job than the animals, less carpet damage from the beaters and completely can come apart to clean so the suction remains 100%

Have not had for long, but so far so good. I do like that it has two carpet options and one hard floor option. Lighted which is nice. Suction is good. Id give it five stars but something about the way it feels isn’t as sturdy as my previous Dyson.

Great vacuum. Shark can keep up with dirt and DOG hair! I was in need of a new vacuum and this was on sale!

For the price, this is a fantastic vacuum. We used it to replace our old Dyson pet vacuum and it does as good of a job if not better.

Vac works well, good suction, and the floor roller system seems to be better than older model.

Very powerful vacuum. Love most everything about it. Only gripe is that it doesn’t have a light on the nozzle end when detached from the unit

Very good suction power. Quite surprised of the amount of debris picked up. Just slightly disappointed in its drag; not sure if the drag is from the suction or the weight of the vacuum cleaner. Very long power cord. Allows good reach to different rooms without having to unplug it and move to another power source.

Had a Dyson previously where the brush head would always clog with hairs and would eventually need to replace it. Have never had that problem with this vacuum and it cleans just as well

I have not had the vacuum for that long but so far we really like it. It was very easy to put together.

This thing is an absolute beast. Was choosing between this and Dyson V15. Caught the shark on sale for 130.00 off and already had 165.00 in reward money. Was able to get this for under 200.00. The no hair wrap sealed the deal for me

Super suction and really nice ability to disconnect the motor/canister part to get under beds etc. Excelent vacuum, only complaint is the hose seems a bit short but again being able to separate the canister really gives you a lot of options.

Powerful vacuum! This vacuum picks up the first swipe. My old vacuum I would have to go back and forth to get everything up. This will save time for sure. And the base boards will finally be clean. Even the attachment mode picks up dirt first swipe.

I price and quality compared this to the Dyson Animal 2, this vaccume crushes Dyson. Made me change brands.
