    The suction is unreal. This is my 2nd Shark. GREAT vacuum but some hair DOES still get caught. The pros greatly outweigh the cons I wish they would have kept the LED lights on the handle for tool attachments.

    Best vacuum cleaner we've owned. We have a shaggy dog, so we are always running the vacuum. So far this Shark model has done the best job with all the options we want.

    I've owned this vacuum 1 wk. I've used it every 2 days on 3 floors/carpet floors, works very good, easy to use, very satisfied so far, expensive but I needed to get the best vacuum available for my needs.

    Great vacuum Turns great and is very maneuverable. Suction is phenomenal Tools work good The only issue is that where the hose that clips into the handle pulls out very easily if bumped.

    This is my third Shark and I love it. I vacuum four to five times a week and have a cat so I need something that really works and this Shark doesn’t disappoint. I won’t buy another brand of vacuum

    My vacuum carpet floor attachment quit working. Contact customer service for the “lifetime” warranty figure it will be no problem. Nope big problem. They verify that it is not working and say it is not covered in warranty. WHAT??? So I have to pay $32 for new carpet attachment. Pay over $400 for a vacuum that has a VIP lifetime warranty that Shark hides behind. Even worse when I receive new part I see that this is a poorly designed component designed to fail as it is made of a cheap rubber that will fail. Bad design Shark and I am sure you know this is an issue. In the pic the top one has failed due to a compressed rubber seal that renders the vacuum useless.
