    Bought as an upgrade to my prior Shark. Excellent quality, especially for pet owners. The hard floor usage is great as well. It does a good job of not spraying dirt everywhere and manages to suck everything up quickly. Attachments are useful for furniture and cleaning out a vehicle Definitely recommend.

    On a whole its' a great vacuum. I do miss having a hose that is easier to access. Before I purchase another vacuum I would check out other Sharks. I do love the Shark name.

    When running it works great, but we will be returning this product. It has been working inconsistently, and occasionally will power off during use

    Great vacuum and very powerful suction , but the plastics feel cheap and the design of how get it unlocked from vertical position is very awkward , but overall its great machine

    Best vacuum I’ve owned. Customer service was great. At one point it would not turn on. Ended being the hose was not in all the way.

    Fantastic vacuum, the hose for vacuuming furniture is much better than Dyson. I ordered this on Sunday morning, It was at my door 24 hours later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great vacuum overall. Quality construction. Many nice features. Great suction and very usefull accessories. I like the easiness it comes apart with. Especially I liked the self-cleaning, no-hair cought brush. I don't have to deal with cutting hair off the brush every two weeks to get quality cleaning.
