I loved it but after years it stopped working. They don't make that style anymore and this was the next comparable model. Started smoking second day of using it. It creates a mess. Doesn't matter if I use the cups that came with it or the ninja cups I have. Its difficult to get cups/blade in place. I have elbow problems and often have to ask my kids or husband to get it in place or remove. They struggle. I will be exchanging this item.

Not happy

This one put my older Ninja to shame. No more pulp in my Ninja. My green juice/smoothie days are back. And I got it on a great sale!

Way to loud!!

This was so so so loud that I had to return it. I have a Ninja blender and this item was a lot louder than that, it seriously sounds like a very loud power tool being used in the kitchen, it's loud enough to wake the dead.

THE BLENDER THAT IS DELAYED

Top gets stuck
