We love the Shark/Ninja brand and the numerous products we have around the house would prove that. One of which is an older model Navigator which we have loved and used for years. It's durable, strong and has gotten the job done well. But a few things about it over time became bothersome like the one downside of it's durability which is the bulky size and heavy weight. Pushing it around the house, especially on carpet, was quite a chore (excuse the pun!). Because of the bulkiness it was more problematic in the kitchen where there are chairs, tables or low hanging cabinetry so you'd bump into things constantly. Cleaning it wasn't too bad but we all know the worst part was the small creature that formed around the brushroll. Between my wife who has long hair and two cats I'm sure others share the pain. Now here we have the new Rotator Lift-Away full of new technology and features, so does it do everything as promised? Absolutely! DESIGN All things considering this thing is lightweight for an upright. It's by far the lightest I have ever used, in fact. In addition to this the other thing that stood out the most to me was just how well balanced the whole unit is. Along with the smooth wheels I felt like I was controlling it as opposed to pushing and dragging it making it feel as if it was gliding along the floor. They finally got the hose right, too. Not only does it feel more durable it actually feels like it works with you and not against you. The whole unit just has a very simple and compact design including a spot for your two most used attachments. Other notable design features is a bright light and a long cord. CLEANING This thing is powerful. It's so good it may even feel self propelled for some but the design keeps it all fully manageable. The dual brushrolls create a strong suction while the brushes aggravate the floor ensuring it picks up everything. Then there's those Powerfins! It's so simple of an idea yet it apparently completely works. After several uses there is absolutely no hair wrapped up anywhere underneath that I saw. While you'll still have trouble going under larger furniture like chairs and tables because it's an upright, the floor nozzle is lower profile and allows you to better get along edges of walls or under things like cabinetry or couches thus less need to use the wand. The wand itself is simple to release and maneuver and combined with the flexible hose it allows you to quickly throw on an attachment when needed on the go. There's an adjustable suction switch conveniently placed right on the handle that can be quickly changed on the go as well. Using Lift-away mode was also a breeze and made even simpler with the long cord. The attachments stay on straight and don't fall off (like the pet power brush) which is a problem I've had previously in other products when trying to do stairs or couches. Overall you get a powerful clean while the numerous features and great design ensures it's done as efficiently as possible. Thus far there's nothing here to warrant a con list. The only issue that I even came across is because of where the cord comes out of the vacuum it can knock off the wand attachment if you swing the cord a certain way but they are still more secure than most. This is a common problem among vacuums so it's not too big of a deal. PROS - Dual brushrolls offer powerful suction & efficient cleaning - Ergonomic - No caught hair!

So far so good. This is my 3rd vacuum & I hope I have no issues with this one.

Easily detachable and the roller never gets clogged

Used it once, while it was easy to push forward, pulling it back was very difficult. Went to use a second time and roller brush wouldnt spin. Took it apart, put it back together and still would not work. No way to fit it back into the box, so i will end up driving it about 45 minutes to the nearest store.

Had for about 5 months and the belt broke. Took it to a vacuum repair shop and they said they couldn’t fix it! Needless to say I’m not impressed with my purchase.

This is a really good vacuum, hoping it last long.
