Customers are saying

Customers commend the Vertex UltraLight DuoClean PowerFins Corded Stick Vacuum's powerful suction, lightweight design, and ease of use. Many appreciate its long cord and effective carpet cleaning capabilities, while some find the noise level and dustbin size to be drawbacks. The vacuum's performance and convenient storage are also frequently praised. However, a few users reported issues with overheating and the vacuum's inability to stand upright on its own.

    Powerful modular vacuum

I prefer the stick vacuums over the traditional upright style. They are easier to move around the house and a lot more modular and this vacuum is no exception to that. This thing is easy to assemble and most of the extensions fit on the vacuum which is a nice touch. I love how modular it is and can be adjusted on the fly as needed depending on what I'm cleaning. I use it on hardwood, tile, but mostly carpet. It seems to handle all three pretty easily, just don't forget to change the setting when switching surfaces as its not automatic. It has very good suction and it picked up everything I threw at it including food, dust, and hair without any issues. After multiple uses I didn't notice any long hair stuck in the brushes so the hair removal system on this indeed works really well as thats usually a problem in my household. One thing I did notice is when I'm vacuuming carpet in carpet mode I feel like I'm fighting it a little as it tries to take off on me. If I change it to hard floor mode this goes away as the front brush slows down. The motor does seem to get a bit warm after some use but not enough to be concerned about. Below are are a list of pros and cons based on my personal usage. Pros: Great suction Modular Hair doesn't tangle in brushes LCD display with two modes LED lights on front Long cord Removable bin Filters are washable and easy to replace Cons: Doesn't stand up on its own Front brush drives vacuum forward In the end I think this is a great chose for someone who is looking for a corded stick vacuum that wont break the bank.

Stopped working less than 6 months of owning. The top will not turn on anymore but when it’s connected to the bottom it BARELY turns on.

    What a great Vacuum

I received my product and easy to set up right out of the box. I put it right to work vacuuming my house. it was easy to switch from carpet to bare floor and although the dust cup is smaller it still was enough for me. I like the fact that it can store all the attachments and even get shorter with power head storage so it takes up less space in the closet. I like this much better than my other stick vacuum as it is easier to get under and around most things no problem.

All fine and dandy until recently. Motor broke just outside of the return window. Now stuck with a $300 paperweight. Absolutely infuriating.

Just purchased so not sure of the long term suction of this vacuum but it’s amazing right now. Even better than the Dyson I owned prior to this one. It is self-propelled so it moves forward easily, but takes a little effort to pull back. It was easy to put together with plenty of useful attachments.

    THE BEST CLEANER EVER

One of the most powerful, easy to clean and use devices ever i have owned. as long as you empty the container regularly and get the hair and stuff off the brush bristles, you wont need another vacuum for a life time.

I had vacuumed with my regular upright vacuum. Then I used this Shark stick vacuum. WOW! I couldn't believe how much dirt it pulled out of the carpet. Really amazing. The unit is a bit top heavy, so your arms will get a workout too.

What i liked about this vaccum was that it is portable meaning no hassel to tranported just break it down and put in the back of the car. Cleans up very well and i dont need to worry about if its charge. Picked up my dogs hair and my hair very well. Easy to put together without even using instructions. The light is very bright so thats good. The only thing i didnt enjoy was the smell idk if it was because i first used it out of the box i only vaacum 3 rooms and it did get pretty hot, i was able to still use it. After that i passed my dyson15 that has the laser and surprise it picked up everything so i will know my clients house will be spotless. I had tried the samsung and was cleaply made this one feels pretty sturdy and not fragile. It is pretty heavy and it wont self stand while its all built up so incase you want to vaccum and see a sock to pick it you must put the vaccum against something for it to hold its weight other wise it will fall. As a professional housekeeper i must say it is a good investment.

Use this vacuum very little because it’s so loud and overheats about 15 minutes use. It will not stand by itself, you have to lean it against furniture or the wall. Also accessories keep falling off. Good suction when working. Sorry I bought it.
