Customers are saying
Customers commend the Vertex UltraLight DuoClean PowerFins Corded Stick Vacuum's powerful suction, lightweight design, and ease of use. Many appreciate its long cord and effective carpet cleaning capabilities, while some find the noise level and dustbin size to be drawbacks. The vacuum's performance and convenient storage are also frequently praised. However, a few users reported issues with overheating and the vacuum's inability to stand upright on its own.

Good stick vac with bad attachment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the dual head, love the removable canister, bit small. Hate the upholstery attachment air driven as soon as you put it to the couch it stops big disappointment. It needs to be a power head attachment like on the Shark Rocket.
I would recommend this to a friend- Pros mentioned:Ease of use, Suction

Very Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was very impressed with the suction and ease of use in the very beginning. However, after using a couple of times I was very disappointed. I'm using this vacuum at our country home which is only 1,000 square feet. We have no children and have 2 toy poodles who do not shed so dog hair was not an issue. This machine clogs so easy and is very difficult to unclog. You basically have to disassemble the entire unit to get in all of the areas that hold dust and all other particles. Very dissatisfied and will not buy another Shark product.

Not Built to Last More Than a Couple of Years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this in Nov 2021, used it sparingly as a backup cleaner, maintained it accordingly and the motor just died. Not built to last.

Worst vacuum ever!!! Do not buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had a great two experiences with our first shark vacuums. Both broke to human error. After a lot of research, and seeing a few bad reviews, we opted to buy this as the positive reviews far outweighed the negative. The handheld part has broke twice…simply started over heating, and the bottom part has broke once. The process to get replacement parts is phenomenally horrible and the time it takes to get replacement parts is even more horrible, and they make you pay for shipping. Shark has gone downhill. Do not buy!!!!

Worst vaccum ever! Regret buying it. Overheats
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this vacuum for a year now and I’m giving it a bad rating because I’ve had problems after problems. It over heats and can burn you while discarding trash if you are not carful. I thought it would be a great vacuum since my husband is native and he has long hair and I also have 2 dogs with longer hair. The hair would always get stuck and needed cleaning after every session! It’s advertised as “No hair wrap” I’ve had lots of hair stuck around mine. I only use this for my marble tile floors, my master bedroom and an area rug in my living room. I’m shocked that it didn’t take much for the vacuum to begin giving me problems. A few months ago I got a warranty exchange because the vacuum eventually did not want to power on at all, or sometimes would not power off unless unplugging. I used the warranty vacuum about 3-5 times and it’s already giving me the same issues. Overheating after about 5 minutes of use, resulting in the vacuum shutting down. I tried the attachment for upholstery on my couch and the inside brush would not even roll to pick up any hair/debris and had barley any suction. Once again I called SHARK customer service and they are requesting more money to send another vacuum. At this point I was deeply disappointed and upset as this vacuum was not cheap! I really did not want to invest more money into it so Im left with this vacuum that does not even work properly. I will NEVER buy another shark product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRAP!

Worked great, but dead at 8 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked this vacuum until tonight when it died. I purchased this vacuum on April 23 of this year and tonight, it became hot and stopped working. Extremely disappointed in the life span of this product.

Big Disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum will NOT STAND UPRIGHT. The heavy top part must be placed on the floor when moving furniture, shooing pets, or whenever you cannot actively hold the heavy top. The weird universal joint on the brush head means the vacuum darts in all sorts of directions, especially on carpet when it almost runs away. Steering is very hard so cleaning is a big chore. The control is very hard on a lady's wrist.
