This robot has saved my life. It has saved me so much time during the day. I would vacuum and mop at least 2 times a day which would take away from my time with the kids. Now I don’t have to do either. I can turn it on and just go on about my day. It’s a little louder then a normal shark but that’s the only complaint I have. I definitely recommend this for busy people or for people with health issues that mopping and vacuuming hurt their back!

Is the best robot for me ..........................

I am a Shark customer, love their products, but this one in particular is my least favorite one. The mopping function does not perform as advertised. I got this robot April 1st, from a different retailer, took 3 attempts to get the map right. After it finally got the map, the mopping function did not work, it only focused on one area, I called Shark and was told it did not have the latest firmware. I waited 2 days and still worked the same. We did a video conference and they were able to see what I was talking about. They sent me a replacement in the mail. I had the same problem with the replacement from them. They told me again that it was the firmware that was not updated and I had wait 48 hours, I waited, and the problem was resolved. We did a video conference and they wanted to send me another one, I told them I did not want another one because the whole process has been so frustrating in setting it up. I would not suggest getting this robot because it's still under development. I have seen people who have created videos about their experience with this robot and it's not a great product yet. I am going to try the iRobot this time which I have done plenty of research and its top of the line. I don't mind investing in a iRobot if it can get the job done.

This thing does everything I want a robot to do. It was fairly simple to set up, maps my apartment quickly, cleans very methodically in rows which I like, doesn't bump into all my stuff and will mop my kitchen after I've made a mess trying to cook! The new laser vision is cool because it always seems to know where it's going and where it's been. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a robot this Christmas.

The robot finished a scheduled daily cleaning 1 time in 2 months - the roller even gets jammed up on individual dog food kibbles. It also makes beeline for my steps. Every. Single. Time.... And then it just hovers there until it "cries" that its stuck. The 'no-go zone' doesnt let you designate a small area - like just 2 steps. So I guess you have to buy these boundary strips separately to make the machine function properly - which only come in black (anyone have black floors or do these stick out like a sore thumb in everyone's house?). And the reservoir, even set on eco flow, doesn't last long enough to clean the house, although that could be because it keeps stopping or docking part way theough. Not to mention that it looks like you can't use the map feature on more than one floor, which might not be that big of a deal except if I move it to my sunken living room and just manually tell it to clean, it can't figure out where it is and throws a little temper tantrum. Its absolutely not reasonable to purchase 4 or 5 $480 dollar robots to handle an average sized split level home! These seem like basic functionality requirements that should have been worked out before the product went to market. From a fan of the Shark brand, this product is not there yet - hopefully they will get it right soon, but i would be hesitant making such an investment again for one of their AI products.

This is my first Shark product and I am disappointed. I have experienced trouble from the beginning. At first it was connecting and the use of only 2.4 WiFi. I worked with my provider to get it connected. Used the machine a two times and got error codes. Worked through those, actually broke a piece trying to get the machine through those steps. Proceed on and used it for 2 months. Now it randomly talks at all hours of the day. I have the do not disturb on but it still talks randomly through the night. I have called customer service to be told it is an app issue. That I will need to wait until the new update comes out before the random talking can be fixed. But the machine must be left on. Ask to speak to a supervisor and was advised one would not be available until the next day. Do your self a favor and pass on this machine. I understand everything is not perfect but the customer service is lacking as well.

I am very happy with my purchase, I have been using the robot for over a week and I think it is worth the money. It’s a little loud so I just run it when I’m not in the room, that would be my only complaint, but not enough to take off a star.

Bought the robot a couple of weeks ago, and I was thinking it wasn't for us. They seemed to have updated the app and now it works much better! Would have given it 3 stars if I hadn't waited. Small complaint is the carpet mapping, it took too long. I chose this unit for the mopping feature and I couldn't use it straight away. Love the schedule function and the fact it doesn't bump into things like my old robot.

I'm not sure why this thing gets the hate that it does. I'll admit I'm early on in using this product but it's been FANTASTIC. No problems mapping the house or detecting carpets. It's first vacuum run was amazing and cleaned way better than previous versions of the shark robot vacs. I then sent it out to mop the floors and it was awesome. Floors were nice and wet / clean after the shark passed over them. It had no problems avoiding the carpets while mopping. Highly recommend.

Love my Sharkie, Set up was a breeze and now I can mop my house everyday!

Horrible. Upgraded from a samsung This thing cant find its own home constantly getting stuck. Will not get another shark robot. Plus it goes through a ton of mop liquid and doesnt finish the floor

When we first bought the unit back in 2020 it worked great! Unfortunately, we had a mechanical issue and had to replace it in 2021. Ever since then the unit sucks. I am on my 5th replacement. I can go and mop an area and go back and try to remop it again and it will get stuck. The unit gets lost on its own mapping system and doesn't even recognize a 5' x 7' foot push carpet. The only thing this model is good for is vacuuming. Even the updated app does not work correctly and always wants to add a room while it mops I have also wasted a ton of money on fluid because when it starts it sits in one spot for the first 3mins spitting out fluid and then I have to refill the unit 2-3 times.

The vacuum works pretty well but, when you use the mop feature it stays in one area and just twirls around in circles wasting the solution

I would give it zero stars if I could. Please don't waste your money. It has been a huge headache the year and a half I've owned it and their customer support is horrible too. It is not a smart robot at all and regularly has glitches. Right now it's stuck in "map processing" because I had to delete and redo the map. Unplugging it and even deleting the robot and starting over isn't fixing it. I've been on hold for an hour and am still.....

Long story short I recieved this as a Christmas gift we have yet to use the mopping function because we have had to send it in 3 times for replacement all I want is to get a replacement upgrade I have no problem paying the difference I would like to use the money from this vacuum towards a more functional vacuum when this works its great but I seriously am over sending back vacuum's

The product doesnt work and also after a couple days I need to pay for the repair, dont fair
