I bought one of these for my store and it was the best investment. It cooks perfectly every time and the clean up with the non stick baskets is wonderful quick and easy. I am now looking to buy one for my home.

Received it in March of 2025, has odd problems by October of 2025. When it works, it's pretty nice. Seems pretty well built and the dual zone function is cool. My problems started in early October when using the dual function it would turn one side off all together. Sometimes it would beep at you, other times your food was still cold without notice haha. It seems like it can't ramp up both sides sometimes and throws an error code that quickly disappears. I went to Ninja and told them about the code, got approval for a replacement and needed to pay for shipping(which is totally fine) of the new one. I headed off to work, with every intention of paying it the next day, cutting the cord and going through the picture taking process. But they canceled the return link in 24 hours. I already spent 20-30 minutes before work on the phone for this thing. Now I need to do it all over again and I've had a broken air fryer on my counter for a few weeks. I love that they didn't even blink at sending me a new one, but why did it break so soon and why is the payment link only good for 24 hours? Mildly annoying.

We love this unit. Got it because it was larger than one we were using and had the double drawers. It cooks much more at one time and we can do more of the same item or two different items. We have really liked it and use it often.

I have had this air fryer for over a year and I can't say enough about it. It's a game changer, cooking two different things at the same time, perfect! I'm ready to get the XL just so I can have a bigger one!

I know this may be a lot bulkier than other air fryers out there, so if counter space is a premium, this may not be the best option, but we have found it to be workable. But the functionality definitely makes up for the larger size! Having two baskets is the best for cooking different foods for different times and temps. And the best is that there are controls that can have everything finish cooking at the same time. And there are liners you can buy on Amazon that make cleanup even easier.

Right out of the box, we were impressed by the quality of Ninja Foodi Basket Air Fryer! From set up to the first batch of jicama fries, couldn’t be more pleased. Looking forward to seeing how many different things we can make with it.

Cooks great and we use it several times a week. It is easy to use and even easier to clean. This is the second and by far the best dual chamber air fryer we’ve had. Buying one as a gift right now.

Excellent air fryer! Also has capability for cooking, dehydrating and others. Simple to use, simple to clean. Having two baskets is the best so a variety of foods can be cooked at the same time. Excellent, money well spent.

Bought this for a friend when it was on sale and she loves it. The size and its dual baskets are great for preparing her family meals. Easy to operate and clean.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Definately like being able to do 2 different items at the same time. Smart function lets you sync up finish time. Only complaint is that it is big, but I knew that when I bought it.

This item was recommended to my wife so she wanted one. Loved it the minute it came. She uses it more than the oven. Food comes out tasting great and it is much healthier. Easy to clean as well. Great product.

I’m in love with this thing it works both sides to either finish at the same time or if you have a lot more of one thing to cook put in both baskets. Updated a round one to this best thing I did.
