Pros: - Small price to pay for automation for daily floor cleaning. - It comes with extra side brushes, disposable pads. - Set up is easy and app is simple to use. - Battery last long even with Max power. - The included brush to clean filter comes really handy. - The voice feedback is nice when you're trying to find the little thing! - It cleans quite well. You will still have to do corners and nooks, but majority of the floor is kept clean with daily vacuuming. Cons: - Noise level on tiles is quite loud. With kids starting school from home, I had to start it much earlier. - For all the accessories that it includes, I am very surprise that it doesn't include the magnetic strip for no go zones. I was able to pick one up 13' for $14 from online marketplace. This is needed for the mop function so that it won't mop the carpeted area. - Dust bin is somewhat small since the container is shared with water for mop function. All things considered, this is the best robotics vacuum in this price range that includes mop function. I highly recommend it!

The Ecovacs does a great job of vacuuming on both carpet and hard surface floors. Set up is as easy as downloading the app, connecting to your network and setting up areas. Requires very little in the way of technical expertise to get it going. Comes packaged with everything needed including spare brushes, disposable and washable mop heads. We ran our vacuum then turned the Ecovac loose. Found more dirt than expected. Next set it to area 2 where the cats hang out and again it did a wonderful job of cleaning up hair. Finally we asked it to mop the dining room floor, while it did a good job of cleaning it left heavy water stains that have to be cleaned up. Won't use it for mopping but stick to vacuuming.

Everything is very simple with setup and connection to wifi. You will not get the same experience without using wifi. With wifi the app does allow more controlled cleaning. The container for vacuuming isn't very big. As far as mopping it didn't do too well with high traffic areas but I also have older kids. Overall it's a great vacuum works great in my home and cuts my cleaning down.

I didn't realize how dirty my house was. I vacuum several times a week. We have cordless vacuums and I use the stick to get in cracks and crevices and the regular vacuum for everywhere else. Well I've had this robot for 6 months now. I put one upstairs and one downstairs. I have them go around the house once a day for 45 minutes. I have to empty the tray every day. I don't know where this dirt is coming from. How can the house have that much dirt. It's crazy. I love knowing this mysterious dirt is getting picked up. We named ours Bob and Ross. Not sure why but Bob has a hard time finding his way home everyday. Constantly have to use the app to help Bob find his way home. Ross has no problems and there are more rooms, walls etc upstairs. App is super easy to use and scheduling is easy as well. All I can say is one time my dog had a number two on the rug which she has never done in years. I luckily had changed the schedule from late at night to afternoon. If I hasn't done that I'm pretty sure the floor would have been a mess and the robot trashed. I definitely suggest being home when these are cleaning. Mine get stuck under some furniture sometimes.

Great vac for the money. Easy to use and set up. I don’t use the mop feature. Picks up a lot dirt.

Purchased this in march of 2021 and stopped working after 9 months. The mop will not dispense water. Contacted the customer service department for Ecovacs and they told me I would need to mail it into them and it would take over a month to return back to me. This is very frustrating as a customer to spend $300 on something and have it stop working after such a short period of time.

Side bristles broke after one week. It very quite at first bit now it sounds just like regular vacuum. Very tiny bon so have to empty every 20min or so

I bought an ecovacs 930 from best buy last January. The product works well, when it works. The reason why I am leaving one star is because the customer service from Ecovacs is awful. I have had to send my robot back 3 times within those few months and each time the turnaround is me without the robot for atleast 3-4 weeks. The original problem has never been fixed, it is a headache to say the least. If you purchase, do yourself a favor and keep the box, because if not you have to buy another box to send item in each time. UPS store got me once for like $30 to buy box and "pack" it in and ship it.

Do not buy Ecovacs, they will not stand behind their product. Bought an Ecovac in May of 2020. It broke (the wheels stopped moving) in December of 2020. I got a replacement in February 2021 and that one broke in September 2021. They refuse to replace the replacement Ecovac Deebot. Shouldn't a replacement reset the warranty period? I think if your product is so bad that it breaks in 7 months, you should warranty the replacement for another year.

Broke after 18 months, It won't charge and I contacted the company who pretty much told me to kick rocks. Super disappointed in their customer service and the fact that something so expensive didn't even make it to the two year mark. I don't have a large apartment and most of it is hard wood

Garbage, I shouldn't have to change my entire wifi network to get this to work. Once I finally get it connected I'm forced to up grade the firmware. Tried multiple times and it keeps failing. Don't waste your time with this.

I've given up on this product after 2 yrs, 3 replacements, 2 repairs for LDS malfunctions. Now they want me to PAY to have repaired. Unthinkable product, please don't waste your money or time.
