It did take a little bit to charge, but for what it did, I'm impressed. The dirty water tank is easy to get to and easy to clean out.

Easy to operate and the battery seems to last a long time. Works great for not only pet stains (we have two cats & a dog so we see enough of those), but it's also great for cleaning tight areas such as stairs. It is really very simple & easy to use. Keep it's small size in mind. As great as it works, it's capacity is small. You will probably find that you need to add some cleaner everytime you go to use it. Not really a knock against it, just something to keep in mind.

It does not produce enough of a liquid on dried spots to effectively clean. The device only allows you to put the cleaning solution in and does not recommend adding water so it also uses a lot of solution. The normal bissels like the like green (which is portable) works so much better. Again, I would only use this machine for when you witnessed the accident and you can immediately use this machine while the accident is still wet.

I was fostering some rescues so it was a big help while house training them. Sadly this thing didn't last. The sprayer stopped working after 7-8 months, and no cleaning or troubleshooting helped. Next, the brush stopped working after another 2 months so only the vacuum portion works. I'd avoid getting this until they can fix some of the flaws with it.

What a mess. after awhile later the machine stopped working. I purchased this item at Kohls a few years ago and I expected to last alot longer. I was wrong. Don't waste your money on this
