Small but powerful
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For its small size it is actually quite versatile. I can use it game and work. It’s smaller size and weight let’s me take it anywhere. As well since you can modify how the laptop sits it’s great in multiple situations for projects, work or fun. I also really like that the keyboard lights up which makes it easier for me to type. I also like using it with my new Lenovo all in one as well. In all it is worth it and great product no matter what you use it for

Great Brew Machine
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This seems to be an excellent coffee maker that meets the vast majority of my needs. Flexible in what cup size, ability to keep clean with stop drip feature, ease of filling with water, flexibility of types of coffee and tea brews, and storage of accessories. If it will last a long time and if it was able to handle Keurig cups it would be 5 stars.

Very Happy Customer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like to wait a short while before posting reviews so the "newness" can wear off. After a month of using this Lenovo Yoga 9i, I can say I absolutely love this laptop. The build quality is excellent. The screen feels very sturdy when opening and closing it. I have never had a touchscreen laptop before, and I was a little skeptical about how I would like it. So far so good though. It has the best laptop speakers I have ever experienced. The fingerprint reader is wonderful for signing into Windows. It boots up in literally less that 10 seconds. Paired with a USB-C docking station which I recently purchased (separately), the laptop is even easier to use with my external monitor and keyboard. I would recommend this to any of my friends or family. Also, I got a great discount on it at Best Buy back in June since the new models were coming out soon.

Gorgeous laptop let down by poor quality control
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really tried to love this laptop, which would've been easy since its amazingly thin and beautiful. unfortunately great features like the smooth glass trackpad, blazing fast performance and fantastic Dolby Atmos sound bar (which sounds amazing) are completely let down by one of the biggest manufacturing defects I've ever experienced in my life. Unfortunately Lenovo seems to have slapped this laptop together with no quality control whatsoever. I went through three laptops in one week, yeah three!! each laptop had multiple horizontal black flickering lines on the top part of the screen (where the title bar is in google chrome and other apps) each laptop had these lines at differing severities and I don't know but for the price of 1,399 it is absolutely unacceptable for a brand new laptop to have black flickering lines on the screen. I tried installing the most updated drivers and rolling back to an older driver and the problem persisted. The reason why I tried three times was because this laptop would've been perfect for me if it wasn't for this problem. the third and final laptop had the lines and a very rattily and buzzy bottom left speaker and that sealed this laptops fate for me, as I sped to best buy to return if for the last time. Its extremely upsetting that this beautiful laptop was let down by poor quality control as its truly the nicest windows laptop I've ever used. the batch code on my boxes were all 2021/01/04 (even tried a different best buy but they had the same batch) So if you do decide to buy this laptop which I DON'T recommend avoid this batch at all costs, save your self the nightmare I went through.

Almost Perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good overall design. Was so excited to find exactly what I was looking for. Crisp, clear audio and visual, lightweight, easy touchscreen, sturdy. However, I got the first one on Wednesday and by Friday, after very minimal use, it did the ghost screen and then started to flicker. Tried resetting and ended up exchanging on Saturday. Yesterday, Sunday, the same thing happened with the new one! I was so disappointed! We looked it up and apparently there is a wire issue from the mother board to the keyboard. Not dealing with that. Going with something else.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i-14, model number 82BG000CUS. Since the issue you describe happened on two separate computers, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.

Fantastic laptop but I have screen problems
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved everything about this laptop EXCEPT for the fact that after a couple weeks a big random black bar would intermittently show up in the middle of the screen, and sometimes the screen wouldn't work at all unless I pushed on it or moved it to a specific angle. Not sure if it's because I store it upright or what, but I was hugely disappointed. Tried chatting customer service on Lenovo's site a couple times but got nowhere. Not sure whether this was just my device or if this is common.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14. Resetting this computer back to original factory settings may clear the issue with the screen. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the bottom right side of the device, right near the top right corner of the cooling vent on the bottom of the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Premium Care for additional help at: 888-278-9707.

Not worth the money or time.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited to buy this computer. I’d been in the market for phones. Did tons of research, asked different associates for their opinions based on what I needed the computer for. After months I decided to splurge and just DO IT! And here I am a week later writing this review warning you not to purchase this device. It ran smoothly for about 3-4 days, started getting hot (I figured it was normal) but then it started glitching! Anytime I try to use full screen the top of the screen glitches and cuts off. I tried on different websites (giving Lenovo the benefit of the doubt) but nothing works. I am deeply saddened to have to return this beautiful looking laptop. I needed something that was able to run different programs and apps smoothly. I was upgrading from a MacBook Air 2020 version to what i thought was an up to date, best of the best laptops and boy was i let down. The audio is amazing in laptop mode BUT once you switch to tablet mode the sound quality is horrendous. Literally can not hear anything when I’m tablet mode. Definitely not worth the hype nor the price! I was looking forward to a windows laptop but I am sticking with Apple. Sorry for the glare in the pictures but you can see the difference in the images that are in yellow and orange.

Spot on screen
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this for my daughter for college....one day past the return period she noticed a light colored spot on the left side of the screen...hardly visable and almost impossible to see with an image over the area. In looking at prior pictures from when it was bought and picked up you can see the same spot on the pictures so she missed it so it has been there the entire time. Not sure what it is but am very disappointed I paid appropriately $1200 for it and an unsure what to do.

Great investment, 6 months so far no issues.
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm an artist and video creator. I own a 27" HP Pavilion all in one desktop (also purchased from Best Buy) and I use it as my primary workspace for editing. With THIS device, I wanted something that would be portable, strong enough for the work load, and small enough to fit inside a bad without being too heavy. I made a good investment! :) This thing powers up super fast, I now have two computers that go from powering on, logging in, and ready to work in about 5 second. The Aluminum body makes cleaning fingerprints off easy. The sound bar is my favorite part of the device. Cons: The pen feature is a gimmick. The pen itself isn't anything to rave about. It's small, inaccessible while in laptop mode, and doesn't really make that big of a difference. This was disappointing as I was eager to dive into graphic design. I purchased another digital pen on Amazon and It pairs with the device, although a little lag in response time. I don't use the "tablet" feature as much. Because the edges are small on sides, your fingers activate the screen pretty easily if you are holding it in tablet mode. The transition between portrait and landscape also takes a couple seconds to adjust. The sensor is also easily activated, so if you are rotating the device in tablet mode it will shift a lot and you'll have to wait for it to respond to the new orientation. It's not too terrible, but a minor annoyance if you want a fast workflow in tablet mode. The touch screen feature itself is very good. The mouse tracking is great. You will need a little more force to click (I actually like this) I don't like sensitive clickers that click everything when I put my thumb down on the thing. Tapping the pad twice also enabled "click" if you want something quieter. The feel of the button click though.... :) All in all, I'm happy with my investment. The image quality is great for the screen size. I use it to record in OBS, so some light editing in Premiere Pro, and really to watch media with around the house like when I'm cooking or at the table. I use it at work for meeting notes and when I am taking inventory. Very professional looking, simple design, and again, the sound bar is amazing. :) No issues with the device so far , I've had it for half a year now. I find myself using this device more often than the desktop. Battery life is around 6-7 hours so you get a days work of work out of it.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i 14, model number 82BG000CUS. This model ships with a 4CELL_60WH_INTERNAL, Lithium Polymer Battery, which within this configuration, has a battery life of up to 15 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Here is a link to information about how to find out what programs are running in the background on your Windows 10 computer and how to manage them for better system performance: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-prevent-apps-running-background-windows-10. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. Incredible!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already thought this computer was going to be amazing- but it surpassed my expectations. It’s extremely fast and easy to log in. The fan isn’t that loud at all, and was only noticeable when charging it (which didn’t take long at all using the thunderbolt port). I put it on a cooling pad which was enough that the fan didn’t need to stay on.Battery life is incredible and the keypad feels fine. I can’t find any fault with it. Not to mention I got it on sale ($300 off), traded in my last computer and had $60 in gift cards. Extremely happy with this purchase.
