No electronic store in the US can compare with best buy. They have the best quality of electronic you can buy from store or online. Scanning function is a bit confusing. I ended up just setting up the cloud function to send my scan a to. Everything else seems good. We’ve had it for about a month.

I just had to read the online manual carefully; and follow the steps. print quality is excellant and the time for multiple sheets is quite fast.

I needed an ADF and color and as far as I could see there are no 5 star rated printers out there. I took a chance on the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 as it seemed to check the most boxes for me. Unlike other reviewers, I have not had any issues with the ADF jamming or misaligning the scans. So far a month in and no complaints.
