Never owned a Dell before thought love their old commercials but this laptop is quite impressive.. It is quite fast with the SSD but the rest of it is quite basic for a laptop in this price range.. what impresses me is how satisfying it is to use. It feels like something high quality and not a 600 dollar hunk of plastic... I really like and want to use for most of my browsing at home and the only complaint i have is the battery but for the price its prob average... anyway a great buy!

The Dell Inspiron is very easy to operate with the touch screen, touch pad and mouse. The access and response speed is great.

I am enjoying my new Dell touch screen laptop. I bought this one specifically, because my online class starts in August. I needed a laptop with more speed but I never knew at first that it had touch screen features available.

This is my FAVORITE DEAL, AND PURCHASE THUS FAR!!! I purchased open box excellent certified. I expected slight "minor imperfections", and HAVE YET TO FIND ANY!! I honestly feel so blessed, I was able to score this Dell!! It is touch screen, has speaking abilities, and just awesome!! Also has extra storage, and came with Windows free gor a year!! Seriously so happy I found it, and got it for the best price around!!

Excellent laptop that provides everyday usage with quick browsing and loading. The touchscreen feature is different then most and does not smudge like every other one does. Speakers are loud and clear and the number pad is convenient.Easiest laptop to use that even a mole rat can make splendid work with it.

My old laptop was refusing to charge, so I upgraded to a faster, cleaner laptop. I have been so happy with my purchase! The speakers are awesome, the touchscreen is fun, and the keyboard placements are perfect.

One of the worst laptops I’ve owned it’s only good for zoom chat and surfing the web u can’t edit on cause it won’t keep up and it gets hot of the simplest task and it constantly needs to be charged it not good.

Good solid laptop, I have already upgraded to Windows 11 and have had no problems. Not to mention it has room to upgrade the memory so it can grow with you a lot. I use it for my tester linux code box so if it can handle that then I think its pretty tough. Good buy.

Excelente dell for students 256 gb enough for me .

Why would you send customer a dirty, satisfactory used laptop when they paid for a brand new one?!!! Where is your quality control?!! Please make sure your workers pay attention to what they are shipping to customers. This was a Christmas gift to my daughter!!! Thankfully it was replaced with the brand new one that I paid for.

This laptop Has served its purpose and I love how big and convenient it is to use. I use it mainly for Emailing and photoshop. It’s great! The only downside is the fact that my battery for my laptop can only go 60 mins max without a charge before it dies. I don’t really mind having to have it plugged in since it’s a fairly long wire. I have had and used this laptop for the past 4 years and it’s had no issues as to keys, or even the screen.

Compared to the last computer that I had, which was literally on its last legs, the new Dell worked well for my minimal needs...emails and googling. It was so fast that I was shocked! However, I have had to take it into the store to have it checked/tweeked twice so far, in just under 2 years. The first time the staff fixed the issue very quickly and politely told me that the problem may have been operator error. (but they were very nice about it) The second time I took it in was to get a new power cord, and I was told that the cord isn't the problem. The real issue is that the piece inside the computer that the cord connects to is loose, maybe broken, and that I have to take it someplace else to have the computer taken apart and the piece replaced "if possible". The unit shows that it is now only 25%-30% charged, and it is connected all of the time. So, if I can't find a shop to fix it, I will have to get a new computer, and keep my fingers crossed that it lasts longer than 22 months. Other than that, it works great!!

Absolutely love this laptop ! Fast easy to use and love the touchscreen. It took me awhile to utilize it because I kept forgetting about it! But now that I am used to it, how did I ever compute without it!

Lasted for like 5 years before it started saying low disk space, but I was a stay at home mom for the majority of that. The battery life is terrible though and I’ve had to replace the battery within like 2 years of having it.
