Too much swivel

I haven't yet got the nack of it. Suction OK. Lift off part is the best bit for me. Use it on skirting boards and corners. Very easy to empty and clean.

Happy with new Shark Navigator

There are many improvements -- lighter, more maneuverable, and easier to remove the canister and wand. The only disappointment was that the attachments from the previous Navigator (such as the pet-hair brush) do not fit the new one. So we are keeping the old one around just to clean the furniture, until we decide whether to buy a new set of attachments. Other than that, happy customers!

I was amazed how much extra dust and pet hair it was able to pick up, even after I vacuumed with my cordless Dyson. Would give 5 stars if came with a tool to clean out receptacle better.
