This is without a doubt the worst printer/scanner I have ever owned, most of which have been HP products. The process for installing the printer software was a joke, as there are at least two different versions - one for desktop, one for your phone. Then HP tries spamming you with endless appeals to create "HP Smart"and "HP+" accounts, so that it can sell you on its ink subscription. Then there are the endless pop-ups reminding you that one of your ink cartridges is running low, even when the printer software is closed, WITH NO VISIBLE WAY TO TURN OFF THE ENDLESS REMINDERS. Note to HP: I neither need nor want an account to use a printer/scanner that is usually just six feet from my PC. Also, one or two reminders that I'm running low on ink is plenty. I don't need or want 20 of them a day. Then I end up with at least two different versions of the scanning software on my desktop, both of which look like they were written ca. 2003 and neither of which is very functional. The desktop software seems to function as little more than spamware, constantly demanding you sign up for HP Smart and/or buy ink. Then the printer/scanner is *constantly* disconnecting from my extremely stable mesh network, with which no other devices in my household ever seem to have an issue. I have now had this issue with two different HP printers/scanners in two different homes with completely different WiFi equipment. I was hoping that issue would be resolved with a newer model and newer technology. Nope. I tried reconnecting the printer to the network and it kept failing. The interface on the printer is as clunky as the desktop software and appears to be every bit as dated. It tells me I am connected to my laptop but isn't. So I re-add my laptop. Now there are TWO links on it to my laptop, as there is no visible way to remove the dead link. So then I tried reconnecting to the printer via the desktop software and all it would do is demand that I create an HP Smart account, which I do not want. I have probably owned a dozen printers and/or scanners in my life, most of which were HP, and I can literally say that I have never had a worse experience from start to finish than I've had with this one. Yes, finish - because I am taking it back and getting anything other than an HP. Dear HP: please just give us a decent printer/scanner that stays connected to our WiFi networks and scanning software that looks like it was written some time in the last decade. The HP 8025e has been easily setup and is working quite well. I am pleased with its ease of operation and print quality.

Outstanding replacement of old printer. Need to figure out 2-sided option. Otherwise great product.

easy to install and easy to wifi configure. only problem is paper tray is a little sticky and hard to open so close to the desktop

Great product. A little difficult to set up but now that it is running it is great.

The printer was easy to set up. With a simple download app, it works with Apple iPhone, iPad, and Windows PC and Android phone. Nice print quality.

This is everything I was looking for in an updated printer, replacing an antiquated printer we’ve had for more than ten years.

Super easy to use and looks really nice. It is able to keep up with the amount of prints needed for projects and packets, especially now for school work.

This printer is perfect. So easy to set up and use. Print quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

Makes a lot of noise when it is being used to scan

Prints nicely and more quickly than my old printer. However, two issues with the paper. 1. The input paper is in a drawer and you cannot see when it is low or has run out. 2. If you load more than 1/2 the amount of paper that the tray can hold, it does not feed correctly, tries to feed several pages at once and jams the printer.

Easiest set-up! We can print wirelessly from anywhere in the house, whether it is from a computer or a phone. Great quality printing.

I have really enjoyed the functionality of this printer. It is quick and easy to setup. Print quality is very good and I would recommend this printer.

Easy to get set up and connect to wifi and all the laptops using the all-in-one. We print mostly in B&W and quality and speed are great.

Excellent printer, this is like my 3rd Hp printer, it is very reliable, easy to use.

We were hesitant to buy this printer as some have complained about not being able to connect to their WiFi or not liking the instant ink program thru HP. We’ve had this printer for about 3 weeks now and it seems to work very well, is fairly quiet and the print quality is pretty good. It’s one of the cheaper versions of an OfficeJet, but it’s just a home printer for us so it fits our needs. We had no problems hooking it up to wifi and it’s great being able to print from other devices anywhere in the house. Overall, we are very happy with our choice.

Printer was extremely easy to set-up, with minimal time needed to get on-line and begin operating. Print speed is good.
