Excellent printer and quite dependable quality. It’s easy to use.

This printer is just what I needed for our church office! Doesn't take up much space and is easy to use.

1. No basic instructions for use. Hit or miss trying to 'discover' tools and keys to easy use. 2. Flash drive entry location very inconvenient. Barely enough space to put my flash drive in because of placement of the unit in my office. Should be front entry. 3. Very flimsy paper output tray. 4. Why do I have to set up an app first before I can just plug into PC and get started. Had to get help to do this.

Great printer, perfect all-in-one for work from home use. Quality is spot on, quick printing speed, scanner is great. I use with the HP app and it's intuitive, easier to use, especially with multiple HP printers at different locations. Has a generous paper supply hold as well.

Excellent responsive service at Best Buy. HP printer easy to install using clear instructions and took a few minutes. The HP app is awesome and like the paper purchase and feature that automatically alerts HP a need for paper. Much better than a Canon i bought recently

Excellent printer, prints fast and cleanly. IF you want to use this for photos use the HP app and select the highest quality or else the prints wont be acceptable. I signed up for the ink subscription and found it to be a great value and convenience.

This printer is easy to use and prints pretty quickly.

Pretty good printer, I wish I could add more paper to the tray but it's not a big deal. The colors come out well and setting it up wirelessly to my computer was a breeze. The only issue I had was the ink does not last very long if you are a heavy printer (work and school). Works better than my last one which had a defect with new printer ink.

I have had many HP printers over the years that I could give a 5 star rating. The printer itself is awesome , however the software is a bit to be desired. It works great after you realize that the basic software won't allow all the functions without HP Smart also downloaded.

Loads of features at an affordable price. Download the SmartPrint app to get the most utility. Printing from anywhere (even outside of your home network) is super convenient, and the days of looking for a fax machine are over. Would purchase again.

Very fast. Easy to set up if you have the latest version of your operating system installed. Quieter than most.

I gave this printer 4 stars only because of the difficulty in setting the printer up to communicate with my desktop and laptop computers. Set-up is not simple. However, once I got the printer set-up, it is very nice. It does an excellent job. The print quality is excellent.

Great printer! Easy setup and very good quality. 6 months of free ink is awesome! Highly recommend.
