This vacuum really is worth it, It is levels above other vacuums, and transitions from hard floor to carpet perfectly.

This product makes it easy to pickup pet and human hair off all surfaces - wood and carpet- thanks to the attachments it comes with. It is lightweight and portable and cordless. The laser light feature is especially handy at illuminating the surface being vacuumed and ensures a thorough cleaning. My hardwood floors and carpet have never looked and felt cleaner. Love the tech and real time informatics it displays as well. This vacuum is the Mercedes of all vacuums and a real game changer!!!

Switched from an old vacuum cleaner 20 yrs of use and it makes all the difference. Was skeptical about suction power but after using made me a dyson person for life.

Upgraded from the v10. It is expensive but it is worth it. I use it pretty much everyday to collect the pet hair. The battery life is longer than the v10. The attachments are different. A few of the attachments state they will not get tangled with pet hair. So far the attachments have not tangled any hair. Also one of the attachments has a little light to show dust on the ground. It is helpful but you really cant use it in a brightly lit room.

Great product , pulls dirt out of my carpet that I didn’t know was there. Lightweight and user friendly.

Dyson will be the only brand vacuum I ever own. Don’t hesitate to buy

…. Up. This is THE next level vacuum. It tracks what exactly it is sucking up in real time. It legit sorta turns vacuuming into a game. And with all the attachments, it expounds upon that. It was honestly pretty unnerving to see what all this thing sucked up versus what our previous Dyson models were vacuuming. It was definitely a splurge purchase, but honestly, positively, life changing. Cleaner abode, healthier living.

Very lightweight. Battery lasts longer than I thought. The green light is such a great feature. Definitely worth the money.

The vacuum works fine for the most part and has a strong suction. The problem is the bin is super small and the biggest issue being that the charge only lasts maybe 30 minutes and takes hours to charge.
