I was a bit skeptical spending this much, but now I am truly satisfied after using it a few times. The built in laser does a great job of showing things I can’t see otherwise. And the auction is incredible. My only complaint is the battery only last about 35 mins on automatic mode (long enough to do my house) so if you have a really large house you might need to switch to eco mode or need to recharge and finish later.

OVerall cleaning power is great, but Cleaning the canister and other parts can be extremely difficult. We have had this vacuum for 2 years and once it starts to get a little dirty, there is a bad smell that comes from the air filter. I have cleaned the air filter many times and the problem still persists.

Probably the only downside is that it has too many attachments. Other than that, it’s works great

At first I thought too complicated. But have a couple of uses it is very easy! Outstanding cleaning on both floors and carpets!

I love this vacuum. The laser thing showed me that even if my floors look clean at a glance... they are not. They are now though. For real though, I've never felt the need to tell anyone about a vacuum I've owned. This one is truly amazing though. Expensive, but whatever... My house is clean now all the time because of how easy this thing is to use. Only gripe is I wish the battery life was longer. A full charge definitely is enough to clean my whole apartment though. Maybe twice even before charging.

Totally in love with this. I should get paid for telling all my friends and family to buy one! haha! :)

Great product, really easy to use. Vacuum has great maneuverability and not being attached to the wall with a cord is plus now!

Good vacuum for stairs which was our primary concern. I think a storage system should come standard for the price for the additional pieces.

Great so far. Lightweight. Great cleaning power. Great attachments for carpet, hardwood and crevices. High quality cordless vacuum.

We replaced out V8 model with the V15 and couldn't be happier. The laser hard floor tool is a great addition. It really helps see all of the small particles that you may not normally see. The anti-tangle comb really worked for us. The hair was not wrapped around the brush like it would get in previous generations. The battery life is far improved compared to our older version. If I could make one minor improvement, it would be to have a continuous on switch rather than having to hold the trigger down the entire time.

Works great and easy clean up. Canister is pretty big only thing I would like is longer battery life, but still gets the job done.

Excellent product. As advertised. Very good for indoor cleaning.
