Awesome vacuum! This thing beats most large vacuums that I have had. It really beats them all when you consider ease of use, compact and all the attachments. I don't see the need to monitor the dust details but some folks might.

What else do you really need to know? This thing really sucks.

The V15 is the second Dyson handheld we've owned, 3rd Dyson overall. The separate roller heads make a huge difference. We have more hardwood floors now and the laser detecting head helps find the little spots you'd never see without. The larger dust bin is also helps the performance of the vac.

It's great. Like the light, you can see everything more.

Great vacuum and Dyson is a great company. The microfiber hardwood floor power head with the laser is amazing as I can see every single piece of dust on the floor - and then it is gone! The regular head is also great on carpets. Since we have pets, the no tangle feature is wonderful too!

It's a little spendy but the Dyson vacuums have been great for our house (no carpets). We have a shedding dog also and the no tangle attachment is a godsend for the furniture. I especially like the digital readout on the back.

You must clean regularly, and it is very fragile. It works great for a year. Then you should change it.

I LOVE this vacuum! I have a dog that sheds like crazy and this vacuum enables me to quickly see and vacuum up the hair all over my house. The hardwood sweeper with laser is the best thing ever! Battery life is excellent when set to "auto" speed.

Don't buy Dyson; it's a piece of junk!!! It worked for less than two years and then failed. I ordered a new battery, but they said it had a bad motor. They are not willing to return my order.

Great vacuums. It is more than I expected. My home feels more cleaner than before. It works great on surface hardwood floors and just as much on carpet floors. It is a great investment for me and brings a healthier aspect of a living environment in my home.

Excellent vacuum, amazing power, good battery life

Literally doesn't get better than this. The fluffy head makes my floors feel so clean and the motor head aggitates carpets so they also feel clean. Only wish Best Buy had carried the full HEPA variant, but I can't say I'm totally missing out.

First experience with a cordless Dyson and was not impressed. For $700, I was expecting more. Compared to a regular Dyson upright, this thing is very weak. Battery life is short too when using it on the highest setting. Also, I don't like having to hold down the power trigger button the whole time when vacuuming. I don't see how an older person could use this vacuum since it is also a little heavy with the battery attached. If cheaper, I would consider keeping it for just my hardwood floors, but for the price, not worth it. I do like the laser light to see the dirt on the bare floors, but then you have to vacuum at night when the room is dark. The darker the room, the better you can see the dirt with the laser light. Save your money and get a Dyson ball from Best Buy when it goes on sale.

Hands down the best cordless vacuum I've ever used. The included hardwood head is incredible on our tile and hardwood floors. The battery life could be longer, but we rarely find ourselves running it for over half of its runtime. Extra batteries are available if that ever changes.
