Excellent Printer. Portable excellent print quality. Good price

price was right. Installed easily. Prints good color photos and documents.

This printer is not wireless. It uses a USB printer type cable for data. It uses wireless for internet. You have to have both and they do not supply the USB cable. All HP Printers have serious problems. We used to OEM them at Shimadzu Scientific Instruments. You have to unplug the power cord every time you start your PC. Even our IT department, best in world, has times where nothing works and they will not print. Clear everything, unplug printer, restart PC, does not connect. The software "HP Smart" is the worst working broken software I have ever seen. It always picks wrong printer....It will shut down the printer when the black ink gets what they call low, 60+%. All HP Smart is programmed to do is sell you consumables and it makes all the decisions when it shuts you down. You have no input. This morning I'm at my wits end and tossing in the Rockville Garbage bin. Nightmare.

Fantastic, multifunctional printer. This thing does everything I could possibly want for working from home. Easy set up plus a minimal footprint on my desk. Highly recommend!

Good for the cost, fairly easy to use, no problems

Works great, compact enough for easy transport when travel requires remote work, easy to use and setup - recommend this for folks without a lot of desktop or shelving space.

Its a good printer but it had a hard time connecting to my computer. It prints from phones just fine though.

Works great for my homeoffice and homeschooling needs.

We bought this printer to replace a tried and true HP printer that had finally worn out after years of use. So far we have found that the printer prints well, but it is not nearly as user friendly as the older model and it's use is not intuitive.

The HP - ENVY 6455e is everything that it was advertised to be. It was very easy to set up, print quality is excellent and tech support is obviously available if needed.

Print quality is not great, especially for photos on photo paper. The HP Envy I bought on Black Friday a few years ago for $15 printed much better, seriously. And this unit won't print half the time when connected over Wi-Fi. It's so frustrating. I finally tried Wi-Fi direct printing, which seems to be only solution for reliable printing. Not happy. Oh, and the $15 printer, also had a screen. This one doesn't. Quit being cheap HP.

Nice and easy to set up, great quality, for simple printer

I bought this printer and an HP computer. they should work seamlessly. But each time I try to print I can't. when I go to the control panel it says it is offline. I then run the trouble shooter. Then it the printer works. Also, the trouble shooter box has a message that this tool has been retired. How can that be with a new computer and printer? It says "learn more". when it press "learn more" it tries to sell me Microsoft 365. I just bought 365???

I love this printer. It was fairly easy to set up and the print quality is great. Love the instant print program. Could not be more pleased with this purchase.

This printer is perfect. Doesn’t have all bells and whistles. Easy to set up. Perfect size. Prints quietly and has a delightful little “ping” when print job is done.
