First things first, the color was disappointing. It is definitely more of a blue that I was expecting. With a name like "Forest Teal" I was expecting it to lean more green. But I figured that wasn't the end of the world and continued to set up. Second disappointment was the screen resolution. I am not new to Chromebooks or HP and have purchased them in the past and have been pleased with speed, resolution, etc. This one was sub-par. The text was not clear, images didn't pop, it was just dull and harder to read. I wanted to give it a chance so played around a bit. It just didn't respond well to input. The cursor lagged, the track pad was not sensitive and I'd have to tap again trying to get it to work. At one point it had a mind of its own and something from the task bar opened and closed randomly with me not even touching the keyboard. Sorry but that was it for me! I took it back the same day it was delivered. Maybe I just got a dud but proceed with caution!
