    I had to return this printer. I spent two hours on two different days talking to Epson. Printer took forever to print any color document. I have a ET-4850 which I have worn out and wanted to replace. I don’t know if this one was just a lemon or if this particular model won’t work with my computer for some reason.

    It's a nice printer if you do basic art home printing. It has its limitations. The color printing is very clear. I'm returning it for the more business ready printer.

    I purchased in April and returned August to Bestbuy. After being on the phone with Epson, Total Tech and a visit to store, I learned that there was a hardware issue with printer. It jams constantly! We kept getting the same error message was eventually was not fixable. It is a nice compact size. We had to reset the cloud scan option multiple times.

    It was hard to set up. After I downloaded the required software, checked everything off on thire list. It still wouldn’t print from my Mac. The printer worked but it wouldn’t communicate with my Mac.

    I had this printer for 10 months. It worked great and then all the sudden it stopped printing images on paper. I like the eco-tank aspect of it but I don’t think it is worth it if the ink head doesn’t work after 10 months.

    I was so happy to get this printer. I got it home and set it up. Followed all instructions and... Print is never sharp colors are never bright. Everything on this printer is muted. Already giving error messagees and its only been 2 months since purchase.

    Unfortunately not a great buy. The touchscreen has a delayed reaction when pressing, the color isn't bright at all, and the price was definitely not worth it.
