The Shark is very maneuverable and the suction is awesome!

Best vacuum I've ever bought. We have 2 dogs, 1 cat and 2 Guinea pigs, all who she's like crazy and this vacuum really works great! We have hardwood and carpet and it picks up some well on both. Love that the canister comes off for easy cleaning up the stairs too. The only thing I don't like is the plug has to be manually wrapped around the vacuum hooks. Other than that, it's perfect!

I needed a vacuum that could do carpets and hard wood/linoleum floors really well. We have two cats and a dog, meaning the hair is endless and sweeping wasn't cutting it. I was looking at the Miele vacuums, as people rave about them being amazing for pets and multi-surface. The one I was going to get was $549, which I was crying inside over. Then I met this wonderful man named Terrance at Best Buy who reccomended this beautiful specimen to me. I was very skeptical, as I had never used Shark in the past, but people online seemed to really love this vacuum. I bought one for almost half of what I would have spent on the Miele. And let me tell you, this baby brought me to tears the first time I used it. It was SO easy to assemble and learn! The carpets looked like new and the floors were finally kitty litter free. The pad that goes on the hard floor attachment is awesome. My ONLY recommendation is that they supply you with more than one. I know they can be washed, but I laundry is the worst. Best feature: the LED lights! They help me see things I wouldn't know were there otherwise. Seriously, do yourself a favor and buy this vacuum. I'm in awe of how easy it is to move around and how much power and flexibility it has for such a low price.

After owning a Dyson for quite some time and it wearing out I did lots of research prior to purchasing this Shark. Based on research and a recommendation from a friend who has one we went ahead and bought it. So far it's the best we've had and hope it lasts.

Bought myself a new Shark Vacuum this past weekend. I had the very first Shark and loved that as well, so happy that I purchased the new updated Shark. Had used my old Shark for 12years and had to see how much it had improved. Hands down if you have cats or dogs then this is for you..

There is not a thing avout this vacuum that I dont love. Its easy to use and operate, available accessories are great and i love the lift away feature. Its easy to clean and reassemble and the quality is phenomenal

I purchased this vacuum after my beloved dyson finally died at 16 years old, the thing was a champ. I researched vacuums for 3 months before i decided on this one because t had such great reviews. Well This thing has proved to be the biggest pain in the rump, it clogs constantly, i have to empty it every few minutes (I have a 2000 sq ft house and 2 large shedding sheep dogs) Its frustrating to not be able to finish vacuuming a room, because it stops picking things up. I have to take it apart wash the filters and wait a few hours before they are dry and i can vacuum again. I am extremely sorry I purchased this vacuum-big frustration and a huge waste of money-Should of stuck to my dyson :(
