I'm new to the AF scene but did a lot of reviews and found this one on sale so took a chance... Been doing a lot of cooking with it in the 10 to 15 days I've had it and it does do a decent job but I do have a few complaints to go with the positives. First, the positives: Easy to use: controls are easy to use and understand... Easy to clean: the nonstick coating on the basket and plate does a great job of not allowing food to stick, washes right off with a little soapy water. The see-through window is awesome: love being able to watch food as it cooks so it's hard to burn up your food. Now for some negatives: See-through window allows water to be trapped inside of it making it impossible to get it out... Wattage: it's on weak side: The wattage on this unit is advertised as 1500 watts but the label on bottom says it's 1300 watts, so temps take longer to reach their respective settings... Non-stick plate: the plate has little silicone bumper standoffs that are easy to lose so make sure you get on Amazon and order some replacements (inexpensive insurance for when you lose one down the sink). That's about all I can think of at the moment but as you can see there are some trade-offs with this AF and I need to contact manufacturer regarding the water inside the view window as maybe it's just a problem with mine. Love this Air fryer, I did not know how to use one so beginning my use. I was kind of nervous but it is simple. It has preset settings for French fries. Fish, you can even make cinnamon rolls in the air fryer. Love it.

It is really a sturdy and not your flimsy kind of air fryer, the window is a bonus and an excellent upgrade for a basket fryer. I prefer this basket than the oven kind of fryer from this same brand. Easy to clean with its removable bottom. I wish they would have white colored of this version though.

Would definitely recommend to buy this Chef man air fryer, which does a great job of heating up food and crispy taste in the end

I am so happy I ran across this airfryer. It is the perfect size especially when I have upgraded from a smaller one. Remember if you get the smaller one first, nine times out of ten you’re going to regret not getting a bigger one from the start. It is a good quality kitchen appliances. I highly recommend it!

Start/stop button is not working sometimes. Else good to have.

Good with very little options, only have fish, fries, chicken, Meat no preheating options

Arrived a little damaged but nothing that will affect operation. So far it has worked well!

Love this air fryer! I think it’s cool that it has the view window.

I gave 3 star because It came right on time but the packaging is badly beaten as you seen in the photos. I would suggest, order it online and pick it up to the nearest store. I’ll update if it’s working good.

I love airfryers. This is my 2nd Chefman and it is great. My family loves the way it cooks,easy to use and we really love the way you can see your food cooking. Its easy to clean,cooks well and great size for family. Buy it you'll love it. Its the best one i ever bought.

I use this almost daily. It’s basically magic. As simple as putting food in the microwave but this is different ..croissants are flaky, pizza is cooked properly, steak cooks evenly!

It's a good air fryer but it usually takes longer and more heat to fry stuff than my previous Insignia air fryer that this one replaced. Perhaps it needed a little more power because of the large size (8qt). I like the window option because you can see if you need to increase time/temperature.

This is easily, my favorite Purchased from Best Buy ever! This air fryer is awesome! Cooks food so well. And I love to see through window. Like to take a sneak peek at my food without opening the unit.

Air fryer works really well. You can put a variety of foods in it. The window is good because you can view the food through it. It is also I great size too.

This was a replacement for a recalled Insignia 7 Qt air fryer and an upgrade in several ways. The basket is noticeably larger and the unit seems to cook faster. I really like the viewing window to observe browning, and the flip/shake alarm at 50% cook time. adjusting temp and cook time is quick and intuitive. I bought this on "Deal of the Day" and Best buy had credited me the full purchase price of the Insignia. Thank you, Best Buy. 5 stars on your customer service, too.

This air fryer is the best. Big enough to cook for a family. Doesn’t take up to much counter space. Easy to use
